The room is cozy and good. Staffs are helpful, accommodating and easy to talk with. The shower, needs more pressure. The heater affecta the main light in the room so we have to turn it off when we are using the shower.

The location and everything about the property was top notch! They could clean the rooms daily, but other than that, I was fine with them not cleaning my room or making my bed.

It was affordable and had a decent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than the pictures lead me to believe. The bathroom had roaches and mold in it.

Rooms are really small and don’t have windows. It felt so suffocating. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Towels are limited, you can’t ask for extra ones. Didn’t get a chance to take photos of the room because we had to find another hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel!

I am not expecting so special or anything like high end given the price already and the reviews, but what shocked me is that the moment I checked in the room I was given, which is room 712, I think is not being cleaned.. i have to call the front desk, and then the housekeeping gives me another room, 719, but then it's not kinda clean, such as the towels and the pillow cases, too .. at least it could have been cleaned in some ways ..

Staff tried but it was too much I paid a week ahead of my booking since to secure my booking. It was Sinulog so I just had to make sure. First of all we stayed while it was Sinulog I undersrand they want to make it festive but it was a bit much. We were given the room 705 I understand we can only check in by 3pm. As we arrive it was alright reception was polite. As we went up to our floor there were greeters. Bad thing about it i think the walls were made out of paper that we could hear even the humming of the staff. TV was not working wifi as well and by the morning the shower did not work. We complained to the staff but even them could not do anything about it. The squeeking of the knob for the shower from the other rooms bathroom can even be heard. If you are a heavy sleeper yes please do check in here but if not better goon a hostel i think its much more quieter and plumbing works.

The location of the hotel which is very accessible to all kinds of land transportation. The staff are all nice and helpful The old, torn bedding and towels should be discarded already and replaced with new, clean ones. They should install a mirror in the room and provide a chair to sit on.
