Convenient. Near to the port, SM, other hotels and bus terminal We’re good.

Location. Very accessible to SM Mall, Cebu North Bus Terminal and Port Area Terrible on peak hours where people had to wait a considerable time before seated. Some dishes on the buffet are either too salty or overcooked.

I like that it has a free breakfast and the location is close to every thing. I was with this hotel for the nth time. Whenever were in Cebu it's our to go to hotel. None that i can think of.

The proximity to SM, the breakfast buffet, the helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Loved the hot shower. The Wifi connection was not good. It kept getting disconnected. I hope you fix this problem because it is important for travelers to have access to good WiFi connection.

The scheduled electrical maintenance which is supposedly from 9 am to 4 pm. Good thing the elevator was operational by 11 am as we are checking out on that day.

The location of the hotel was so accessible to the malls and port. The buffet breakfast was great for its price. The room was spacious. More protein foods. alternate different fruits. twin beds are so small.

Close to mall, bus terminal, restaurants, etc. Check-in and check-out process. It definitely needs to be streamlined.

Great location to the mall and restaurants. Located close to the North bus terminal. Good cafe with great baked goods. Great rainfall shower head. The beds were bery comfortable. Quiet air conditioner. Great light blocking curtains. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The bass from the 5th floor parties was very loud on the 9th floor. A lot of road noise and a siren going off at random times from the street below.. The refridgerator is very loud and is more of a chill box. The maximum volume on the tv is so low that it can barely be heard.
