- Excellent customer service (they have been sending me messages in Booking app to confirm my needs; they upgraded me to a Family Room due to unavailability of the original room that I booked; the Technician fixed our toilet flush issue right away. We did not wait that long) - Excellent breakfast buffet - Comfortable and clean rooms - Reasonable price. Value for money - Proximity to malls, restaurants - Right beside the main road (if you are sensitive to sound of cars and tire screeches, not an ideal place for you). -The toilet flush did not work initially. Good thing the technician managed to solve the issue (apparently, the cleaner forgot to turn on the toilet flush). - The CR's door has a gap. You can see what the person is doing inside the cr.

The location is nice, staff are great and kind and the room is quite nice for the price. Breakfast could have been better, but again,considering the price it was fine.

This hotel is my default choice for when I'm prepping to go out of town or just came from out of town. The restaurant has expanded its menu since my last stay, so it's worth checking out. Convenience stores are still a walking distance as well as some places to eat.
