Cebu Mini Hotel

Place is sufficient Its location, no vehicle can drop off infront of the hotel.

The water from the shower is not that strong, we are unable to take a bath properly. Only the strong water flow was the sink for face wash.

staff not so good. not helpful at all. won’t stay there again

The place is Clean and quiet, I also like the policy that no stranger or outsider are allowed if they are not check in, it gives me safety and comfort. The staff who waited for me, though I arrived past 1:00am he warmly welcome me and help me out with my luggage going to the floor I’m assigned with.

WiFi, stayed in first floor but the wifi wasn't good. And no tv

I stayed on the second floor and the wifi wasn't good at all. ☹️

Very clean. Good air conditioning. Employees were nice. Bed was very uncomfortable: very cheap mattress. Sheet was very thin and too small for bed. We reserved and confirmed two twin beds, but were put in a room with one full size bed and no option to change. Pillows were stiff and not bed pillows. Location is Off the main road: Grab/taxi drop off and pick up is a 3 minute walk. Electrical outlets high on wall didnt work, but one by bed worked. Clock didn’t work. Thin walls - guests were relatively quiet, but when people were speaking, you could hear them.

Most taxi are afraid to enter the premise due to very narrow road. So you would have to walk from main highway to the hotel. It is not that far but it was a hassle for us who went to cebu for a shopping spree. We have to carry everything from highway to the hotel instead of us just being dropped door to door. Also, hot shower is not consistent. We stayed for 2 nights and was not able to use the hot shower properly because it gets cut off midway. There are no cabinet so you'll have to put your stuffs on the floor. Also, there was a hotel rule where the staff has to clean our room every afternoon. We asked one of the male employee if we can opt out on the cleaning service since we have a lot of stuffs in the room and we are not comfortable someone going inside our room. We aslo point out that there was a sign in the bathroom saying if we don't want the cleaning service, we just have to let them know. Unfortunately, he said we can't say no to the cleaning service because it's company policy. He said that if we are not comfortable with them cleaning while we are away, them we should stay at the hotel and watch the cleaning crew do the cleaning for our peace of mind.

Nothing much... The bed was uncomfortable there was something in the blanket when i used my body started go itch. No so goof experience. Receptionist were helpful. No water bottles in the room. Hot water stopped during bath.

Heres the 411, excellect clean rooms and grounds. when you book online, always get and extra day or two for unknowns. cause after the first booking the prices elevate. if you know that it will help At first hot water not working. but later, cold showers is all you want

Clean and spacious Location is on a narrow alley where cars can barely go through. This narrow alley is connected to a busy highway that’s unsafe to cross

Super clean and comfortable for a great price. Perfect for staying a night or 2 in Cebu City. Nothing

The property is clean and well maintained. I didn’t like the location of the property as it is situated in a place not suitable for cars only motor vehicles. But it’s not too far from the main road very manageable. Also, if I may include that I am not comfortable with the doorknob, if they can fix it I will feel more comfortable and safe.

Great staff. Drinking water available at the counter. No wifi during our stay. Smelly and lumpy old pillows. Smelly rugs were not changed daily or every other day at least. No tv. Hard bed

The location made it very difficult to ride public transportation due to the busy highway. The access road to the hotel is a very narrow, one-way road that most taxis doesn't take.

Great value for the price, hot water and overall modern hotel. Nearby are restaurants and grocery shops. Unfortunately there were no bids on the bathroom windows so the neighbors could easily see inside the shower, we had to cover the window with a towel.
