The Hotel is located in a nice area in the middle of Cebu close to nice malls and shops. We walked in the evening for a couple of hours in the area. The hotel is located on the third floor of the building accessible by an elevator. There is a large nice Hallway in front of the reception. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff helped us with arranging a Taxi to the airport.

Always clean! Please continue to maintain the property. We always stay here whenever we’re in Cebu. Please keep it clean and always aim for high standards. Primeway Suites is the best.

Overall, a great place to stay. As clean as it gets. Staff was super welcoming from the security to front desk, especially when I checked in after midnight. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Aircon worked great. Nice blackout shades. Bathroom was western style nice. 1. Noise :( This isn’t the hotel’s fault but from 4am-5:30am there was insanely loud music/video audio coming from outside. I’m a heavy sleeper so it was okay for me but if you are a light or normal sleeper, you would definitely be awake that whole time. My room was near the elevator on 3rd floor so maybe avoid that area… not sure if all rooms were as loud. 2. Shower only had room temperature / slightly warm water. For the price, the water should be hot.

It was very clean and modern This isnt really the property’s problem but the room beside us were f*!#ing at like 5am and you could hear the moaning and screaming through the walls. I think the overnight staff on the premise should have knocked on the door as this isnt a love hotel and they are bothering the neighbours surrounding them such as my family. I ended up kicking the wall really hard and they stopped.

Location was central, it was clean and spacious. The bathroom and air conditioner smelled weird.
