The hotel is located in a convenient area. Within a minute walking distance, there is a Metro supermarket, McDonald, Seven Eleven and quite a number of restaurants and cafes. The room is quite spacious and clean. There is a big refrigerator in the room so it may be suitable for those who are staying for few days. However, there is no cup, glasses, or boiling pot so cooking in the room is not possible. This hotel does not accept credit card payment, only cash payment. It was indicated on the site that credit card payment was accepted so it was a great disappointment that they don't accept credit card payment. Also, on the day of my check in day, I received message that there was overbooking and they are unable to relocate my booking. There must have been a miscommunication between the accomodation and the guest experience team as I had already checked in and sorted out the issue directly with the accommodation. Such miscommunication can be quite stressful as finding another hotel at your scheduled check in time would not have been possible.

Staff and guards were very courteous. We felt safe and comfortable. They addressed any concerns or requests that we had. The location was perfect. Quiet, and very close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. Wish the water heater worked better. Generally, acceptable.

The place is fabulous. The price is good for the quality that you get. Staff are friendly and WIFI is fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, especially for your transpo needs. Convenience stores, fast food chains, restaurants, malls, etc. are just a 3-5minutes ride/walk away.

The rooms were clean and the place has a very nice ambiance. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever.

Great location!! Walking distance to everything downtown which is very accessible. The hotel is well maintained and the environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure that guest were comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Cebu
