The bathroom was leaking and there was a lot of noice coming from traffic.

Nothing - Cockroaches - Damp feeling in the rooms - No warm/ hot water - The whole room just felt dirty - Floor felt dirty and as though never cleaned - Unable to close broken bathroom window - Extremely noisy from the outside street/ road wherever you’re situated - No bath Matt provided so bathroom unless requested - Bathroom sliding glass about to fall off, very dangerous - A broken unused refrigerator in the bedroom attracting cockroaches

staff were very accommodating. room was clean. place was quiet. in my last booking, we were assigned in a room located on the third floor. found that the water flow for shower in my last room was not strong. it was kinda hard to take a bath.

Clean, staff were courteous, it’s near to transportation, groceries, food establishments there is an atm just outside the property and the wifi was fast Quite noisy when guests come and go..

※ Very friendly staff ※ Room space is as expected from the images. Pretty good enough. ※ Location is convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby (walking distance) and ordering food online is not a problem. ※ Transportation is easy. Since it is located beside the main road, public transportation is a viable option. Waiting for a taxi might take 10-15 minutes. And booking online will take around 15-20 minutes. ※ No view outside of the window so curtains will always be closed. ※ Shower head is faulty with some holes blocked and it sprays water in random directions. ※ Stairs were made of metal so heavy steps can be heard to our room and even during midnight there are still lots of people clamoring outside. ※ During my stay, there were guys in the lobby talking loudly (around 5 people) and their loud noises can be heard to our room which makes it difficult to sleep. It happened for 2 nights at around midnight to 2:00am probably.

Loved everything. The amenities, the bathroom, the bed, the temperature, the place. I was assigned a room on the 2/F, when I got there it wasn't cleaned at all. I was reassigned to the adjacent room, it was perfect.
