The room was spacious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have limited parking slot in front of the hotel but they have an extension of their parking lot located at the back. And we had a hard time looking for the person in charge of parking. The bathroom door is broken when we arrive it doesnt have a lock.

The water in the shower floor need time to go through and I find it gross! Just like the water in the sink. Something is blocking!

nothing card key not working, safe key not working, hot shower not working, old towels, fridge is empty and useless, no breakfast, noisy Aircon window type, no soap, no tooth brush, no slippers, no coffee facilities, no tissue, no essentials at all in the room. booked double beds but get two single beds! the hotel empty the staff declare is fully booked which false, with above they refused to extend checking out by 1:30 hours. absolutely pathetic and very unsatisfactory. keep away from this hotel.
