Location I was disappointed with the hotel’s policies. Guests are not allowed to have visitors inside their rooms, and visitors are only permitted to stay in the lobby. In addition, if you have a special event and need to bring in a makeup artist, the hotel charges ₱500 per person, which I found unreasonable. Because of these policies, I decided not to stay here myself. Instead, I let my sibling use my booking and booked a different hotel that had more guest-friendly policies, accommodating staff, and no extra charges for allowing makeup artists or room visitors. I hope the management considers reviewing these policies, as they may discourage future guests from booking. While the facilities may be fine, the strict rules affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I don’t plan to book here again.

Love the staff service and facilities; the laundry, gym and morning breakfast were excellent.

I booked online thru booking.com June 3 2026 and checked in at 4pm, the only room available was a smoking room. However , the moment i enter the room , it smelled really bad ,and you can really smell the residue of cigarettes very strong odor. I checked where the smell is coming from , i try opening the cr the bathtub is really dirty .And right away i go down to the lobby where i pay for my room and reported the issue ,but somehow they say that it is a smoking room, I ask to be transferred to a different room and am willing to pay a reasonable amount . The amount i payed for the room is P 2,570 two thousand five hundred seventy. I asked the cashier if they have an available room that doesn't smell cigarettes smoke with a cleaner tub. She said that they have available room amounting P 2,940 two thousand nine hundred fifty pesos. For the transfer they charged me another P1,150 one thousand one hundred fifty pesos on top of the P 2,570 pesos i pay, if you add the amount i pay, plus the additional charge the cost now goes up to P 3720 three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos. This company is scamming clients with this kind of scheme and taking advantage of the transfer fee that will charged to clients who wants room transfer. I cant imagine how this management I calculated how and why how they come up to that large amount to charged me that much? That ,i did not even stay for an hour inside the room and reported the issue to the customer service. I explained to them that i just checked in not less than hour. I requested for a refund , but they said it is not allowed because i already entered the room. And the most aggravating reason they respond is that" I booked online and it is not their fault, I said that booking.com has no fault on this issue . Accessible location Washroom is so tiny. Tv is in the side of the bed, very small space.

I like the staff (shuttle bus driver, front desk), they kinda friendly and helpful. The shower handle is kinda complicated, if you’re first time user ???.

Cleanliness, staff Nothing

Buffet Breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great food variety. Dining area very clean. Excellent location as J Mall is very accessible via its designated access elevator. FO staff friendly and courteous. Extra toiletries readily available. On our 2nd day of stay, the cleaning staff tried to open our room. We taken aback since were still inside our room and we did not put a sign on the door that we requested to clean our room. We were wondering why housekeeping had to open our room. Technically, it was a breach of protocol and security. We informed the FO about this. Moving forward, we hope this would not happen again. Nevertheless, we would still like to stay here when we travel back to Cebu, as we consider it as an isolated incident.

Great location and easy access to the mall

check in nice massage was good breakfast was gross !!!!!food cold ! and only hard boiled eggs not peeled and cold and tased like week old!and the fruit was warm with spoiled spots in the red and yellow melon no tv connection always loading air con very noisy so little sleep !

The parking because there is no connecting walkway from the hotel direct to the parking area. You need to go outside the hotel to get to it. Also even if the parking ticket is validated by the front desk, we still need to pay parking fee especially for overnight parking.

Strange thing about this hotel is the reception is on the 6th floor The Fitness Room is an extra charge but quite a joke for a fitness room with 3 pieces of equipment look likes kids only can use. Laundry facility too but also an extra charge plus buying laundry soap I liked they replaced the old cranky elevators (Above) I was guaranteed a rate by booking .com the I was moved to a single room at a higher rate ??? Again a third more of the price saying I would get points ? huh

It needs to be other than Asian...but big variety of Asian items Cheap toilet seats that could make a man a female shifting all over the place snapping off and on. You can shut the curtains all the way to and no rods or way to do it. On the fifteenth Floor and can still hear all the animals waking up in the morning and city traffic horns etc

Great location,very helpful staff-my niece forgot her tumbler and they kept it for her .She was able to retrieve it during a 4-hour layover from the airport without any issues-well appreciated!Great service!

It comes with breakfast and the location is just right, very accessible. There is no cabinet for clothes or for your backpacks. It only has a small hanging place near the bed. Gym area is very small, just a room with a few weights.

It’s clean and the rooms are spacious. The washroom was small, there’s no space for movement.

Room was clean and comfortable . Power in the room was shut off long before my checkout!
