My room was spacious and comfortable. Despite a Hilton problem, the front desk staff handled it all with grace and patience. Hilton had a system wide outage so staff couldn't check anyone in, make keys, etc. They had to literally walk us to our rooms and unlock for us. They deserve a star and a raise for the extra duties and abuse they had to take from some customers. The ladies who helped me were great

Well-maintained, clean and quiet. The breakfast us amazing and kept well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, but the 2 queen bed room has no refrigerator or microwave. The fitness room was small and didn't have 5 or 8lb. weights. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Was great for Location and pets - but they changed the room we originally booked which was frustrating when you like more space rather than just 2 beds and a desk. Did not have a fridge like we booked

Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude

Mold in the shower. Broken shower head. Broken tile in the entry. We could hear every step of the guests the floor above. They obviously had a child in a 4th floor room that ran around for hours. Kids should be on the first floor if possible. The hotel had very few guests so that would not have been hard to do. Staff was not friendly at all.

Staff was friendly and easy check-in. Overall decor needs to be updated. Everything just felt outdated. I didn't like that there was no counter or sink in the bathroom.

A sign is needed on the backside to say that no rivals should core around to the other side

I was disappointed to find there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Apparently they are doing a remodel and that will be done by the end of 2026. They had the old heater/air-conditioning unit. The bed was very low to the floor with no box spring. We'll have to try it out again next year after the remodel.

I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.
