-uncomfortable bed -there is a fridge but no kitchen or dishes

The twin bed was a little uncomfortable, and the walk from parking is about half a mile away from the hotel. If you have trouble walking long distances or navigating with maps to the place, it's not ideal.

The location

We didn't like the bed it was too hard and there was not any water or anything in the room.

Perfect location, quiet and comfortable! Had low expectations after reading some reviews here but as long as you are fine with walking up a couple of stairs it's great and more modern than many other Italian places at this price point! Nothing.

Going up the stairs at night was a little sketchy. Motion sensors had a tiny delay

1. Location is perfect in the old town. Pleasant short walk to the beach, Diana temple starting point, old church, etc. 2. Room is charming and spacious with almost all the facilities needed. 3. Only had WhatsApp contact with staff, answer fast. 1. The light quilting is actually just 2 layers of linen sheets, without AC, room is hot, with AC even at 26, it became cold midnight. I would suggest a slightly thicker top quilt. 2. Possibly like many of the logements in cefalu old town, to access the room, there are 53 tall stairs to climb. Plus a long uphill climb from parking to hotel. I saw the details only after our non-refundable booking was done. 3. In the booking page Q&A, there left a question that someone asked whether breakfast was included, and the facility replied YES. But in reality as I booked, it was an option with extra payment. So I believe the info should be updated. 4. Same reason as Number 3, for the paid parking lot, the description was 15 euros per day, while during the communication with staff, the price changes every 2 weeks in touristic seasons. This could have been mentioned in the facility description. 5. The mattress was the hardest during our 2 weeks Sicily trip, and water provided in the jar tastes very funky.

Horrible smell of smoke in room #3. Made staff aware, they took a couple text and hours to answer. They only stated that they opened the windows and refreshed the room to remove the smell some more…. Did not do anything. Staff only available via booking or WhatsApp with slow answers.

The location is pretty central, in tge main street. The room is big and cozy.

Check-in was really easy (you get a code for door and key-card). Very nice! Room is super nice, clean and in the middle

Location to piazza, hot water good in shower. Bed was too hard and not comfortable. Website said balcony, but not correct.

Superb

Spacious clean apartment, quite well located at the top of town not too far from the train station. Lots of steps up to room. We had quite a bit of luggage. The young man who met us outside just bounded up the steps without a thought of asking to help, but its ok and he was polite otherwise. If you want to store luggage after you check out, you need to take your stuff to a hotel 10 minutes walk away.

The location was amazing. Checking in so easy down the street and were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The apartment was cute and clean. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
