Close to beach and short walk to town. It was self rated as 5 star. Hotel, this is very misleading and a disgrace considering it would only be a 3 star at most. The only good thing about this place was the position and the staff were nice. I think the positive reviews would be from people that don’t know any better and have not had the chance to experience a proper 5 star hotel. It’s a shame as the place has potential after a full renovation

Location is good The floor was full with scratches. When we. Checked out they said that we added some new scratches to the floor and wanted us to pay hundreds of Euros. Of course we refused and asked them to bring the police. Upon that they gave up trying. What a pity

The hotel location was great. The included breakfast was very good and the staff was very accommodating. The free parking was also a plus. The noice when setting up the restaurant was a bit too much.

Great view of the beach, they let us check in early, and everything was clean Some shrubbery in a nearby parking lot did somewhat block the view of the water

Walkable to city sites, lots of parking and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great breakfast! Nothing

Also, I forgot my handbag in the dining room after dinner. I don’t realize it until the morning. The bag was brought to the front desk waiting for me. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated the honesty of the staff. Nothing.

Right next to the beach Beds were hard and pillows the thinnest I’ve ever seen. “Brown” decor and not the current version of brown but the 80s. Hallways were oddly dark.

The quality of the food at the breakfast can be improved. Pity not to have fresh orange juice in the country where oranges grow everywhere on the streets :)

Location is perfect The beds and bedding desire to be much better. The blankets are thin and flimsy. Had to ask for more. No tea or coffee in the room.

We loved our stay in the Sea Palace and Cefalu. Beautiful town, great hotel and location. The staff were exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and supportive. I had a small concern but immediately an intervention by the staff and the management solved my problem in an instance. They were extremely understanding and helpful... Surely they went out oif their way to acccomodate my request. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cefalu.

Slightly dated look, especially the bed cover. A little grime in the shower. Did not like the spa services.

Great Location, easy walk to everywhere. The pool and hot tub should have been heated. It was 85 % and the water was 70. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all. The pillows were old has well.
