Sunset Hotel

Loved the rooftop pool and distance to the old town. I also liked that the hotel has its own section of the beach and it’s not crowded. The room was nice and modern too. Breakfast was great and staff were very nice. One night there was noise from adjacent club but it didn’t bother me .

Modern buiding. Side view very messy and carnival equipment next door was very noisy with a party until 5 .00am Bed and furniture shabby. Linen especially bed linen not crisp hotel standard. However the housekeeping staff were very helpful. . Foyer that is first umpression the plants were dead. Did not fill us with confidence that there was attention to detail Also our taxi to airport was booked for the wrong time.

That they asked for us to bring the pool towels back down to reception. Strange request. Only hotel where towels aren’t at the pool and that we had to return to reception.

Great beachfront hotel; modern and clean. Nice walk along boardwalk to get to historic center.

AC is only functioning during May-Oct but you don’t need AC coz sea breeze is beautiful

A lovely small hotel with all the comforts, located right on the beach. Although we stayed off-season, our stay was still extremely enjoyable. I would definitely like to come back in the summer, as the beach is just across the street from the hotel and looked very inviting. The town is within walking distance along a beautiful promenade. The service was excellent, and the rooftop pool was simply wonderful. The only downside was that the hotel spa comes at an extra cost, which was a surprise for us. It would be nice if it were included in the room rate, at least during the low season.

The AC Parking was a challenge in that small garage. Hard to drive in and out of parking space. Breakfast included a lot of new items from our last stay but the omelette was simply folded over scrambled eggs. No cheese - nothing. Very disappointed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. We travelled all around the island of Sicily for 1x week, staying in 6x different hotels. Sunset Hotel was my favorite. We had a beautiful room with our own private jacuzzi on balcony overlooking the beach strip and beautiful old town of Cefalu. This hotel had a beautiful rooftop Infiniti pool with fabulous 360 view of Cefalu. Beautiful breakfast in the morning. About 10-15 min walk to old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately rebook again and stay longer next time. Thank you for a very memorable experience. Regina Nothing. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Clean and modern with friendly staff. Located down the beach from the city but an easy 10-15 min walk from the train station. Nice balcony and breakfast. Does not have its own beach but has easy access to beach and boardwalk.

Rooms were small but bathroom was a nice size.

Great location right near the beach and easily walkable to Cefalù. The staff was amazing and very helpful when our boat tour was unexpectedly canceled and they helped us rebook a tour the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel! Nothing.

The hotel is in a great location . Steps away from the beach and a very short walk to the amazing town of Cefalu. The hotel had its own area on the beach with plenty of sun chairs. Breakfast were unfortunately lacking. The rooftop bar would have been nicer if they had some small dishes in the evening.
