Excellent location. The sea view from the top terrace was beautiful. Parking was very convenient. The delicious breakfast provided was a quick walk towards the beach.

It was in walking distance to the beach, old town and new town Cefalu. The breakfast was included at a near by hotel which had a very nice selection.

The place is very close to the train station, easy walk. Also there’s a short cut to the beach, bonus! Our host Jack was great! We arrived early, he greeted us in person and allowed us to leave bags first and also provided and early check in at 1pm for us. We needed wine opener, he personally came back to give us that at 4pm. The place is close to a Conad, great if you want to buy simple foods and eat at the property. The tiny sweet balcony was amazing with sea views, the terrace was clean and had tasteful furniture. The room is brand new and very clean, they provide toiletries. If we didn’t have to go to the eastern coast of Sicily to fly out we’d gladly stay another night! The stairs isn’t a problem, it’s Italy you need to respect that. The breakfast 14euro for 2ppl is plenty at the nearby hotel! Also the hotel had front on Seaview! I don’t know why some guests complained about the breakfast. Two of us had plenty to eat with coffees and a beer! Respect the Italian style breakfast, not continental but you had both sweet and savoury choices. Nothing to complain about! Bear in mind this is Oct, so I guess not peak season, selection and prices of food may vary if you come mid summer.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property while in Cefalu for three nights. Communication with the host was easy and the check-in process was efficient. He also spoke a good amount of English, which made things stress-free. He welcomed us to the property with water in our mini-fridge and coupons for breakfast at a nearby coffee bar for each morning of our stay. The room was very clean and well-equipped. It had tons of counter space for us to lay all of our stuff out on. There was a nice little dining room table right in front of two French doors that opened up to an ocean view. On the opposite side of the room there was another set of French doors that had a small balcony with a cute little table and chairs. And even though it was facing the back, the view was still nice. I absolutely loved being able to open both sets of French doors and let the sun, the breeze, and the sound of the ocean into the room. What a treat! And speaking of treats- there was even a little kitchen. It was small but very functional and equipped with silverware, pots, and pans, dishes, and soap with a sponge. After so many days of eating just bread and cheese, it was incredible to be able to cook something healthy for ourselves and then enjoy it on the balcony! There is also a rooftop terrace with tables and chairs too, where you can enjoy a complete ocean view. The bathroom was perfect too- the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Location was phenomenal- less than five minute walk to the beach, the grocery store, and the little breakfast coffee bar. The downtown center was about a ten to fifteen minute walk, depending on how brisk of a walker you are. Easy walk to the train station. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as it was great value, and the location and view were sublime.

For my 6 ft tall husband, the bathroom with its low entry and low sloped ceiling was a challenge, especially in the shower. The bed could have been more comfortable.

View of water was nice. Small but cute balcony. Clean. Train station close (8 minute walk). Beach 5 minute walk. Bed a bit soft. 10-15 minute walk to old town.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a balcony when we arrived. We can catch the beautiful blick of the sunset. It was just near the center and the beach we can walk to the center.

A quaint room with beautiful views and an included breakfast of pastries and coffee down the street. Very quiet and convenient location with easy walking access to the beach and bustling downtown. Well kept property and kind attentive hosts who gave us excellent dinner recommendations.

Great property with amazing view! Friendly staff, very accommodating and responsive! Car parking available and outside the ZTL.

Good location within walking distance to train, beach and old town. Nice deck with views of old town while being away from the huddle and bustle of the old town. Staff were great. Nothing but sometimes the hot water was not hot.

Exceptional

It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped & fabulous sea views from our balcony & terrace. Our hosts were so very welcoming & so kind ? Jack & Francesca are wonderful people & we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their kindness in their welcome gift to us in celebrating our wedding anniversary was super appreciated & totally unexpected. Thankyou so very much J&G ???. Absolutely nothing! It was just perfect for us, if we could give them a 10+ score we would ?

Beautiful views of cefalu and a lovely walk along the beach to the centre. Staff were so helpful and nice and room was perfect ! Great to have parking too! Nothing

The location was good and the hosts were friendly. Parking was available. The sea view was nice but the balcony in our room faced out to the road and not the sea. Breakfast being served at an alternative venue didn’t work for us. It’s not hard to have a self service breakfast area on site - everywhere else we stayed did this. To have to walk 10 mins downhill to somewhere else wasn’t acceptable or practical- but also not clear when we booked The check in time got changed later on the day of arrival (from 3:30-4pm). We already thought it was a bit late to check in especially when check out was so early 10am. Every other property we stayed at was 2pm check in. Coffee making facility was in room but no coffee to make it so we had to buy coffee, milk etc at supermarket. Room not cleaned or re stocked of toiletries or water This was the only property during our stay in Sicilly that didn’t do this. Some of the fittings in the room including the shower head were broken.

Clean, comfortable self-catering apartment with private sea-facing balcony. Lovely coffee and daily breakfast provided at nearby (four-star) hotel terrace. Close to excellent supermarket and beaches. Short walk from the station and Old Town. Everything we needed and wanted for our 3 night stay. On-site reception, friendly and well managed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Francesqua and Jack.
