nothing could have been better, everything was perfect

Located in the center of town, convenient and easy to get around to all attractions, including the beach. Friendly staff and willing to provide excellent and respectful service. Although we were acommodated at 2:45pm check in is at 4:00PM which is too much late in the day. You get the feeling that you lose most of the day. Please change policy for a 2PM check in the latest

Perfect location. The room was awesome with the perfect view of the sea. Nothing terrible to share.

Location is perfect as directly in the old town. Hotel has its own parking spot which is safe and easy to walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. When I told that my wife is not feeling well and cannot make it to the breakfast they prepared a sandwich for her.

Everything about Osuna Bay was great. The location can't be beat and the entire hotel was clean, neat and looking new! Staff was exceptionally helpful. The staff members spoke english when my poor italian didnt work well. Parking was a major bonus, as we travelled locally during our stay. It is very closeby and easy to get to. Just be cautious that the peivate lot entrance is in the arch of a building and can be missed. Once you get there, its great. We would easily stay again when in Cefalu!

The location was so convenient and in heart of everything. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to and from the train station. However, the thing that made it the most special was the wonderful staff. They were all so warm and welcoming and attentive to our every need. They made us feel like family and well taken care of! The only thing that could have made it better was if we had a view of the ocean...but that would not be possible in this location.

The location is amazing. Just 2 blocks to the beach and so many great restaurants and shopping close by. The cathedral is at the top of our street. Wonder staff. Sarah at the front desk was so sweet and helpful The room is very small but charming and very clean

The rooftop terrace for breakfast was very good! A little tired

Wonderful location in an updated building with a gorgeous sea view from our mini balcony. The new amenities were great, including a heat/AC unit. Very comfortable and clean with a balcony door you could open for views and fresh air. There's an elevator if needed (though slow) otherwise the stairs are fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the included parking as we had a car and were able to rent beach towels for a small fee. The coffee at breakfast was average but convenient (staff was lovely!)

We liked everything!! The view from our room was incredible, everything was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast which made it much easier for us to get on with seeing the sights of Cefalu.
