This palazzo is truly exceptional! The space is expansive, beautifully decorated in a classic style, and kept impeccably clean. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and when we return to Cefalù, it will undoubtedly be our first choice for accommodations. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Amazing 2br 2ba palace. Gigantic rooms…kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms. Authentic old world mansion with family history. Super comfortable. A real treat. Hard to get to in old town. Parking outside old center.

Amazing experience staying here, surrounded by history. The apartment is huge and it's lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the street, with the mountains in the distance. The owner was really responsive and helpful. This is unlike anywhere I've ever stayed before! Fantastic location in beautiful Cefalu. Only thing was lack of a washing machine which meant washing things by hand. The owner did point out there are local laundrettes.

The location was ideal. Very central to beach, restaurants and all there is to see in Cefalu. The property was dream like. It had all of the beautiful classic architecture combined with modern amenities. The history of the building was also fascinating with family heirlooms on display around the home.

Perhaps a modern hotel is more comfortable, but if you want atmosphere, this is a great place. A huge space that looks like a museum. And everything is very well maintained, it is quite comfortable. You will have a terrace, a kitchen with everything you need, huge living rooms, comfortable beds, everything you need and even more. You will be in the center of the old town, but quite quiet. I recommend

Extremely spacious and beautiful and well positioned

Oh my goodness Casa Barone is absolutely stunning. Such a unique place to stay. In the heart of Cefalu but down a quiet side street. It's so grand. Felt really special staying here. The air con in the bedrooms are fantastic ? they also have a number of super mobile big fans dotted around the apartment. Which were great as we visited in July/August and it was super hot. A beautiful little courtyard outside the kitchen and little balconies off each of the rooms. It's such an amazing massive apartment. I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you

Exceptional

The master bedroom looked over a restaurant across the street that was noisy for lunch hour, and between eight and midnight at night. The back bedroom was quiet as was the rest of the house.

A fantastic place with plenty of history and all that is great about this type of Palazzo. My wife and I loved the space and the lounge was fantastic. We had 1/2 day of rain whilst in Cefalu and we just enjoyed the apartment even more that day. Our host (Giovanni) was great and greeted us with the keys and explained a few useful things and some history and some good local restaurants which was very engaging. The location was absolutely in the heart of Cefalu which made it wonderful also. Nothing we were staying in a historical Palazzo so didn’t expect any more than we had and our expectation was exceeded.

We had a unique chance to be guests of Baron Nicola Agnelli and enjoy the beauty of this residence, which has preserved the history of previous generations and times. We felt calm and safe in this wonderful place. Thank you for the warm welcome and your advice for our stay in Cefalù.

This is a unique accommodation with so much history. Location was perfect in the heart of town Apartment is very big Great air-con in the bedrooms Had use of beach towels and umbrella which was helpful The aircon was only in the bedrooms and being there in August it was just too hot to spend any time in the other rooms which was a shame.
