Parking complicated, prefer public transportation

The best location, walking distances to all restaurants. sightseeing and the beach. The reception lacked staff but it was coordinated by whats-up. I thing this is a new (modern) way to check-in in Italy hotels these days, getting rid of much of the staff in the front desk. The breakfast was a voucher offered for purchased by the front desk (whats-up) to get a few pastries and coffee at a near by Cafe. We enjoyed the Cafe but had limited breakfast options, fortunately the grocery store was nearby and we were able to buy yogurt, bread and cheese to bring to our pastry and coffee breakfast place. The Whats-up coordinated check-in and check out process. And the limited breakfast.

Clear and thoughtful instructions for everything. Lovely room and facilities. Very well maintained. Really great starting point to do the climb up La Rocca.

Location and cleanliness and easy access. Parking if not on street a block away in supervised pd parking. No isdue . All ok

Perfect location for walking around the center of Cefalu. Huge bathroom with fantastic shower and tub. The AC in the room was very weak. It's noted on the listing, but the 1.85m (6') ceilings, while not a problem for us, weren't a great feature. There's a lot of steep stairs to get to the room.

The location is great, central and rooms are yet super quiet at night. The overall process of check in check out is super smooth. The bed and pillows comfort… too hard pillows and bed sheets are not soft

Good location, just out of the city centre so nice and quiet and you can drive there without having to drive into the “no parking zone”. Stair access only, no lift so if you struggled with mobility issues then it may be a problem for you.

The bed was the best we had our whole vacation. We had such good rest and the room was so elegantly designed?? The staff was efficient and extremely friendly and really thought of every little detail for their guests. We did a last minute checkin which was no problem at all. We also liked that the property was close to the train station but near a nice piazza with restaurants. The beach, main shopping street and old town was just minutes away. Perfect location and all together a really enjoyable stay??

Easy keyless entry. Staff very responsive to my messages. Very clean. Centrally located so that we could walk anywhere. Parking not far away. Alessandra from the cafe where they contract for breakfast was a delight. We loved it! Nothing. It was great!

Loved the location

Rooms spotless and contemporary with modern fixtures and fittings, whilst managing to retain some of the character of original building. Breakfast across the road had plenty of variety. We walked from train station and were within walking distance of so many of the restaurants, shops, bars and seafront beaches. Granita temporarily unavailable in one of breakfast options so we just swapped to some of the other ones. Road sweeping noise early morning a bit disturbing but must just have been me as others never noticed it!

The location was perfect. It was on the edge of the city centre of Cefalù. Close to the bars, restaurants and shops. Close enough to the beach (approx 10min walk). Room was quite small, but big enough for 2 people for a few days. Also the staff were very nice. Especially Stephanie. She was very helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Everything was great! But we also think that it was a bit overpriced.
