La Locanda

This is a very charming place, it is suitable for couples and lone travelers alike. My room was surprisingly nice and very bright with a balcony facing the mostly pedestrian street in front and a church. It was spacey and well appointed. The bathroom is separate and shared but It seems they only have 4 rooms, so it is not an issue, the place looks like a converted apartment to a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was next door and included one croissant, one juice and any coffee you wanted, one serving of each. The location is close to everything, right in the old town, and close to the train station. I definitely recommend this place and Roberto was a great host as well. The bed was a bit sunken, probably it is old and needs to be replaced. It was two single beds made into one, so not the most comfortable setup, but it was ok for me.

Excellent location to Teatro Massimo, 12 minute walk to Capo market - many choices for restaurants. Room was very clean with amenities of a small refrigerator and hot water pot. Limited parking if you have a car. The street did have a lot of trash on it. I highly suggest the owners put a dish in the room for the city tax. There was some confusion that this fee was not left. Many other guesthouses have a dish with all the remotes and it is easily seen for this. The black out blind (metal) does allow light in if you need total blackness to sleep.

I appreciated the apartment's location and the staff's kindness (even if it was hard to communicate in English). I booked with my friends 3 out of the 4 available rooms, and we stayed for just one night. For a longer stay or with unfamiliar guests, the small shared spaces, including the bathroom, could be challenging. The beds were large but not particularly comfortable.

Cute, nice room with balcony. Everything was as described and very clean. The location is perfect for discovering the city, sights and restaurants are super close. The breakfast takes place at the café next door. Would highly recommend!

The host was so welcoming and helpful, and the room was delightful with a balcony view of the street. Everything was very clean. There is a sitting room to relax in. The Cafe below does a wonderful breakfast that is included, and it has free wifi.

Amazing location in the center of Cefalu and aircon, the hosts were nice Offsite breakfast , bed was super hard, thin pillows. At one point in the morning around 8:30 before check out, they knocked on our door and tried to open it. We would have liked some privacy and have a right to check out last minute.
