Rooms were spacious, clean and nice. Pool area good and food and drink was good too. Some of the staff were great, others had an attitude and didn't speak English or any other language. There is nothing around, beach is not nice either. Entertainment could be better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was amazing. Pool snacks and dinners were great. Room was great size. The bedding was a thin hospital style sheet . We would have like a blanket. Also bed was very hard.

There was a nice vitamin bar with a lovely member of staff Sunil he was a very helpful and happy staff member The food! The reception staff! The main pool stairs and ladder pulls out the ground and caused my child a incident! No lifeguards only on 1 slide at the top! Not enough options for children In the restaurant there was the same food served every single day for the week we was there the bedding did not get changed the floors did not get cleaned the curtains are very delicate and fall off the hooks if you close them. It’s very noisy at the night I would never visit this place again!

Clean, good pool area and day entertainment Awful food, nothing labelled so dont know what you are eating, most inedible, beds very uncomfortable, night time entertainment very poor, staff rude towards english, staff admitted they do no cater for english as majority german or russian

It's good hotel. Good value of money nice and clean and the pool were nice pools bars and food areas are also nice. Food was just oke not beyond the oke. All over its just a basic 5star hotel which is good. I did not like the Sunday. As they had nothing on Sunday, even the food was basic on Sunday, and entertainment was not good enough. It's was literally a sign to go out rather then sitting in the hotel on Sunday.

I love the serviet People’s thet was so sweet and the woman that clean the rooms i love the food and view I didn’t like the receptionsservice especially the hotel chef he was so manipulative, he could not explain himself properly his english was very bad and incomprehensible and in general he wanted us to pay extra for something we had not ordered. The workers in the hotel can not speak english they all are so bad at it.
