Location No shower door and so water can go everywhere. Apparently Europeans are use to this.

I had requested two beds for our room since I was traveling with my grown son. Not only did I not receive two beds we were sent to a very small room in a building down the street. I had asked for parking and were told we could park down the street. The cost was fine, just inconvenient. The whole set up was not what I was expecting for the price. I had also received an e-mail from the nephew of the owner telling me to contact him so he could make sure everything was as expected. I sent an e-mail and asked the front desk to ask him to call me.. Have not heard. The old town is lovely and we enjoyed walking around... The room unfortunately was on the top floor in the building down the street. Not ideal and would not recommend. Kimberley See above....Didn't like is above

Great location and modern amenities. There was a large group checking in when we were there and the staff did a wonderful job of getting us through the check-in process and even escorted us to our room in an adjacent building…appreciated the high level of customer service. Nothing 

The location was great, right at the town square. The historical building, although small and cozy, was tastefully updated, and beautifully decorated. Each floor and along the stairs there were many fresh flowers, greeneries, and mirrors painted with beautiful flowers, making the whole place so relaxing and welcoming. The breakfast was very nicely done too. What a gem! We didnt mind, but just want to mention, for future guests' benefit --- There is no elevator. The historical town doesn't allow hotels to add elevators. The staff did offer to carry our luggage to our room for free, if we needed. We didn't need.

Clean, gray location

We stay for 1 night and it was magnificent. Big room with comfortable bed and sofa. Good breakfast. I highly recommended. The parking space is outside the hotel on 5 min walk but it’s not a big problem. All the city are the Unesco heritage area and parking near hotel is impossible, only pedestrians.

Such an understated luxury. From a complimentary room upgrade to room amenities, just WOW. This is me at a loss of words which rarely happens. Very pleased with breakfast as well - variety to satisfy even vegetarians. The staff is so attentive to your needs. I tried to find a flaw and failed - that is how good they are.

Location was excellent facing the square, with a nice outside deck for dining or a beer. The breakfast offered something for everyone and more. You cannot access the walled city by car. The hotel advised of parking options, and we were shuttle to and from the hotel with our bags very easily, as it takes only a few minutes. Common to many hotels in the region, there is a bathtub which includes a shower. These bathtubs are wuite high sided (about 20 inches..), which was not problem for us, but for older folks is a big step. More handholds for ingress/ egress would be very helpful.

The hotel is clean. The location is good. People who work there are really nice. They don’t have elevator, probably they want to keep the old style. If they have elevator, it will be more comfortable.
