Grand Vltavín

Excellent location! Staff super friendly and kind. Got a free upgrade to the center of town to the Hotel Grand. Everything was great!

Beautiful rooms in a nicely decorated villa with quite nice view. Quiet location, with large spaces and excellent facilities. Excellent position for exploring the beautiful medieval town by foot. Parking available on site, if you are travelling by car. Nothing to mention

We had called fifteen minutes before arrival as the instructions were said to wait for the staff to open the property but still we waited 10-15min.

great bed, strong shower and incredible breakfast. Very helpful staff- they provided us with transportation to the train station after our stay. being in a top floor room meant the ceiling was sloped and low near one side of the bed.

Only complaint was that the bathroom doors are see-through, and I was sharing a room with my parents (there were multiple beds in the room). We had this issue at multiple locations though.

Pick-up service, helpful staff, value for money

I had a wonderful experience with my hotel reservation. I received a free upgrade to Hotel Grand. This upgrade was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Hotel Grand is located in the historical part of town, which is an excellent location for exploring the area's rich history and culture. However, due to the restricted access to cars in this area, it is important to arrange for a pick-up service to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. They have a good service to pick up and send guests to the bus station, which was very convenient. The breakfast at Hotel Grand is very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, the location of Hotel Grand is superb, and the free upgrade made my stay even more enjoyable. One downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, and the staircase is quite narrow and high, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Girl at the reception was very good and always helpful. They upgraded our room in hotel grand as a gift .. it was such a thoughtful gesture. Hotel grand is at central location and rooms are cozy and thoughtfully decorated.. they helped us with luggage at the stairs . Again u don’t find these things often .it was more than excellent stay .. wud surely visit it again Nothing

The location could not be better and the stuff is very helpful. Breakfast has a wide variety of products. Great place for stay in Cesky Krumlov.

The staff are friendly and they willing to pick up and send us to and from CK bus station. The location is excellent in the centre of town. Price is reasonable and includes breakfast. The staircase steps shouldn't use black tiles or should add on with yellow stripes to indicate the steps (safety concerns)

Great service, super breakfast and very pleasant staff. Pension Vltavin is in great location to take a hike to the old town. We were traveling with family and enjoyed our stay.

Great location, in the very center of town! There is no elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have big luggage. But their staff was eager to help us carry it up the stairs.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the location was great. It's very quiet and there's a convenience market on the corner that's open 24/7. Everything was great

Get free upgrade to grand hotel and free pickup drop off from/to bus station. Decent breakfast, friendly staffs.

Close to the main bus station and the centre of town. Great breakfast. Good sized room. On the main road so a bit noisy at night as needed window open as quite hot still at night.

Exceptional

the staff prepared many foods for breakfast;the room is spacious; it's close to the main center and the price is affordable. there is no reception in the pension, so you need to go the the GRAND Hotel for checking in.

No air conditioner

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. The included breakfast was also great.
