The elevator was not working. The Wifi was very slow and made it difficult to work. Compensate customers when some key facilities are not working. Also upgrade the Wifi system.

Reception staff was helpful and professional. Excellent location to the castle and central part of town.

The view from the terrace room was incredible. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located.

Hotel met expectations. Great location, cool old room - which we knew. Good size room, bathroom was well stocked and decent water pressure. Staff was friendly and professional. Our room faced the road, so we had high outside noise level. I asked for a quiet room, so that was a little disappointing. Internet/wi-fi speed was slow.

Everything was exceeded our expectations. The walk from the train station was challenging but OK

Perfect location for stay within the town. Can easily walk around the streets and visit the castle, gardens etc. all within minutes from the hotel. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station, walking distance from bus drop off point. CK Shuttle also provides drop-off or pickup right in front. The rooms are very clean and the one we stayed in had an awesome view of the castle tower and was right by the river. Addition of eggs to breakfast would be good.

The property is located right next to river with views of the castle. Perfect location to explore the town. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent! Nothing

There is nothing about this hotel that wasn't fantastic. It is definitely the best located hotel in Cesky Krumlov, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the views outstanding, and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. A great breakfast, and some welcome snacks when we arrived. Hated leaving! There is no comment for this section - everything was spot on.

Great hotel right beside castle - a nice castle view from our window. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Staffs are nice and helpful. The CK town is very beautiful.

Location next to the river with beautiful view. Large room with nice little touches they provided us with fresh fruit and water in the room. Room was always cleaned nicely with clean towels daily. It was great to be able to soak in the tub after walking all day in the cooler weather. Property is older but that is what is charming about it in this medieval town. Shower head was tricky and tended to splash on floor but we were careful and also the option to have a bath so we were fine

Excellent location and service. Breakfast was incredible! We loved everything about the hotel and the town

Great location, right next to the river with a view of the castle from our room. The room was large and was carpeted. The staff were super-friendly. Breakfast was good. bathroom floor was a bit scratched but not a big deal

The location is excellent — right in the center, about a 5-minute walk from everything. Our room’s terrace had an incredible view, honestly the highlight of the stay. The staff were also very friendly: the receptionist was warm and pleasant at check-in and check-out, and the bar/restaurant manager was outstanding and accommodated all our requests. He went above and beyond (even bringing food up to our room himself), and he’s genuinely the reason our overall score is higher. The food was genuinely very good. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked — big shoutout to the chef. We also tried the chicken breast and chicken salad, and both were well prepared (properly cooked and not dry). As for drinks, they have the usual selection and everything we ordered was fine. The rooms feel very old and dated, like they haven’t been renovated since the 90s, and several things were broken or only partly functional. In winter, it was a big miss that there were no slippers or robes, especially with wet/dirty conditions outside — we ended up walking around in socks. The room was “clean enough,” but the small sofa was visibly dirty from long-term use and needs to be replaced or reupholstered. The bathroom was poorly set up: no proper place for towels (they ended up on top of the toilet tank), the towel arm by the sink was broken, and there was no soap at the sink — only small bottles of shampoo and lotion. The shower was very old with broken doors that barely moved, and hot water took an insanely long time to arrive (well over a minute). Housekeeping was also inconsistent: we left “do not disturb” most days, but on day 3 we requested cleaning and fresh towels (“please clean” sign, towels neatly left on the bathroom floor) and came back in the evening to find the room untouched and towels not replaced — if cleaning only happens in the morning, that should be communicated. There were no food options at night at all, not even basic snacks, which was frustrating. Lastly, the terrace door handle was broken (inside) and kept coming loose, and accessing the room was annoying because the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor — meaning carrying things (or being brought things) still requires an extra flight of stairs, which was especially inconvenient.

Great location qusnt but beautiful hotel . Breakfast perfect. Staff very friendly

A beautiful experience, from the booking through the departure. We were fortunate to get a room on the top floor with the balcony which made our champagne toast for our honeymoon extraordinary. Andrea, the reception hostess just lovely and accommodating to us. The breakfast was bountiful, varied and delicious. Bravo to all. That we only stayed one night!

We had to leave Pension Premium where we had booked a room which was FREEZING cold and no host would help us. We waited there for 4 hours and finally had to leave and book a room at Hotel Dvorak. The room was very warm and cozy. Breakfast was quite nice with good options and good quality. The bed was old and not the most comfortable. And it was very loud outside even at 3am, but we had a street front room and it was a weekend.
-
Large room amd centrally located. Not the properties fault, but since Cesky Krumlov city center is a pedestrian only way, it is a short hike from the car park P1 to the hotel.

Charming place in a perfect location in the old town right on the river and adjacent to the bridge to the Latran district beneath the castle. Very friendly and helpful staff, Room 504 on the top floor is rustic and attic-like, but it is decently sized, cozy, and comfortable, while featuring a terrace with wonderful views of the river and castle. A substantial breakfast was served at the time of our choosing in the bar/breakfast room off the lobby. We had no complaints, We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again. Electrical outlets were somewhat limited and inconveniently located in our room but this was not a huge issue.
