Ambience Very low ceilings over stairs - kept hitting my head!
-
entire location, and the hotel itself (design, everything), good breakfast, funny staff :)
-
at least there must have someone manage the hotel

The location was perfect to explore Cesky Krumlov! Villa Conti is an attractive and historic property. Manager Lukas was both very friendly and efficient. Plus he cooked eggs to order for breakfast and secured a private taxi for us to travel to Passau, Germany. Thank you! It was challenging and frustrating for us to get from the bus terminal to the Villa Conti. After several failed attempts to arrange a taxi, we walked hauling our luggage over rough cobblestone. Thanks to the kindness of a stranger, we reached Villa Conti. Looking back, there was a fairly easy and short route. However, Google maps had led us astray. If a guest has mobility issues, it is worth noting that Villa Conti does not have an elevator.

Great location. Lovely breakfast with made to order eggs. Very friendly proprietor. 2nd floor has slanted ceilings so you had to avoid the beams.
-
The stairs with a bag are hard to negotiate due to the low ceiling in between levels

Thomas runs an excellent inn with a very nice breakfast. Watch your head. There's a beam in the bathroom that hurts. And watch your step on the stairs, they are not all the same size.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was also excellent.

We were under the impression cars were not allowed in the town but actually taxi was allowed. If you have big luggages and coming from the bus station, please consider taking the taxi instead of dragging your luggages through the town, it was very rough.

breakfast was excellent. Tomas was an hospitable host. Excellent value and we hope to visit again soon. nothing

A VERY quiet room with a view of a green belt. The support posts were in the way to the bathroom and the ceiling was really low above the toilet. Too many stairs.

Amazing location Nothing! It was fantastic

Great location, lovely place, clean, great staff, really tasty breakfast.highly recommend and would stay here again.

The room, on the second floor. The pictures are deceptively big. The room is too small for two people to move around. The ceiling is sloped and you can’t even sit up in bed. The beams in the room and bathroom take up a lot of the available space. The bathroom ceiling is so low that we hit our heads every time we used it. The tub is huge, but very hard to get in and out of, and there is no way to shower except sitting down. I was afraid of falling. The stairs up to the room also have low ceilings. I am a short person and I found this building too hazardous and uncomfortable

Location was great Only down pillows and comforter were available. Miserable night’s sleep due to down allergies

Excellent location, friendly staff and well instructions received. Walking distance to everything within old town. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you Thomas for your warm welcome

Breakfast was standard. Fine.

The location was very central and we had a nice view of the town and blooming trees. The host is very communicative and will give you good tips. The breakfast was tasty.

The owner is just so helpful allowing us to check in early and allow us to store our luggage even after we have checked out
