The rooms are spacious, everything is really clean. The staff super friendly always. The location is perfect as nearby you have plenty of options for boutique stores, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Conveniently located a short walk away from the shops, restaurants, and (importantly) the Saturday market. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating and the breakfast was amazing. The pool area could use more seating a shade would be much appreciated. I'm a sun worshipper, but it's quite hot and for a majority of the day it's in the direct sun.

Pool is lovely, and check in was smooth. Wifi in my room didn't work well, so I asked to be moved to a room with better signal, which they did. Wifi was a bit spotty, at times.

The room didn’t strike me as extremely clean. The door of our room couldn’t be locked from inside or outside. It didn’t feel very safe.

The location is excellent - cleanliness and hygiene isn’t great at this facility (the dust under the bed was a bit of a shock for example) - cleaning isn’t daily.. not sure how often either - there isn’t necessarily ‘staff’ working at this facility, they appear and disappear and it’s you and your luck if you find them - the linens and towels are rough and old - if you’re unlucky and get one of the underground rooms.. the smells, the lack of cleanliness, the lack of WiFi.. it’s not good - if you have kids, keep in mind the music can be heard very loudly until very late almost every night

Very cosy setting with comfortable lounge chairs and clean swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing, a broad variety of Turkish delicious items. Good taste of music and carefully made cocktails impressed us. The staff is kind and available during your stay! Budget rooms are located under the ground floor and therefore lack natural light. These rooms are not recommended. However, the standard rooms are beautiful and all have a great vibe.

Staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was lovely and our room got upgraded for free when we arrived which was unexpected and a real treat. Location was ideal as it was right in the centre of town but not on a Main Street meaning it never got too busy in the evenings. The communal outside area and pool was very spacious and clean - perfect to hang out in at any time of our stay. As we were there for 6 days it would have been nice to have some sort of housekeeping to change towels or empty the bin, but we made do.

Our first encounter was very pleasant. The surroundings were very well put together in a bohemian yet stylish way, with a garden with view to the pool and sunbeds. The staff although they didn't speak English were helpful and tried their best to keep us pleased. We met with the host and hostess and they were very pleasant and when we asked for recommendations on places to dine they were eager to help. Our room was very clean and nice, the aesthetic was very tasteful and we were very pleased in general. Would definitely recommend as one of its great advantages that it is very near the center of Alacata, yet in a quite secluded area. The hotel next door keeps the music too loud late at night but it was something we expected, as we knew that the city center is quite vivid and loud at night time.

It was clean and nicely decorated. It's in the center, walking distance is just 2 3 minutes from the shops etc. They are kind and served an amazing breakfast. The room had no window and it was underground. It was hard to breathe. Paid 145e per 2 nights. It wasn't worth it. However keep in mind that this is an expensive area.No hangers to hang the towels and toilet paper. The fridge was not functioning. Daily housekeeping was not offered as listed on the booking.com.

1. Very good plumbing system and bathroom equipment 2. Location - right in the center of Alacati 3. We had late checkin (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night), the lady who met us was super nice. 4. We had late check out till 15:00 for free. 1. Very loud room, located right next to the disco bar, music is super loud until 2am. 2. Breakfast portions are small for 2 people (we are normal eating regular size people). We asked for some extras, but eventually these extras (as well as the coffee) were included to the bill. 3 coffee and 2 slices of extra french toast cost us 500TL. 3. We had an issue with payment. They charged us 65USD more (did not considered booking.com price). When we noticed, they returned us the difference - but the situation was very unpleasant. 4. When we arrived to the toom we saw several bugs looking like cockroaches in the room. 5. No cleaning for 2 nights stay. This hotel unfortunately doesn’t have good value for money. Service is poor. Except for the lady who met us in the nightime - personnel didn’t care much about service. Rules about morning coffee and bread for breakfast were not communicated , and are not clear at all. We left with the feeling that we were fooled.
