Very good location. The property itself is very comfortable and cozy. The room was clean and spacious. Very very friendly staff. Mr. Furkan was a great host, he made great recommendations for places to go and for drivers. His dog Bellini is adorable and made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also wonderful. The area is great and in close walking distance to the old town where everything is.

At first we were at a room where the shower had issues and we had to be moved. The second room was much better, but the beds were not very comfortable, especially the sofa bed.

I am so satisfied with my stay in Kotraba hotel. It is a Villa owned by a very nice couple, super friendly, and helpful. The place is well decorated and it gives a chill and peaceful vibe. Each room has a name, and inside the room you have all you need, great luminosity, enough plugs, toilet paper soap, towels … We visited in low season so the whole village was kind of empty, but still zen and pleasant. We visited in Ramadan, they were so nice to serve us Suhoor and Iftar. Breakfast was super delicious and diverse It is located in a calm and safe neighborhood, 8mn from bus station, 2mn to a market, may cafés the alley behind, and 10 mn to the center of Alaçati Nothing, everything was good

Nothing at all . We realized right away that hotel was not ready for excepting guests in winter. Cold , no breakfast and no common area except garden where it was impossible to stay in rainy and cold days. We wanted to leave asked for refund but the owner not even picked up our calls . Very disappointed. This is not a place to stay in winter . Total scam

Kotraba Alacati was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were new, clean, and modern, giving the whole place a fresh and comfortable vibe. For the price, it’s genuinely great value for money — you get quality without the hefty cost. A solid choice in Alacati if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-kept place to stay. There was a lot of parking on the street. The woman who checked us in was very kind. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she was very sweet. She only spoke Turkish which was a little frustrating but we did our best to communicate with a translation app. The room was very small and it was very difficult to get around the room, especially from the far side of the bed. I expected to have a king bed because that is what I booked on the website. The bed was only a queen and was very low to the floor. If I had known I was getting a queen, I never would have booked this hotel. The pillows were not good. One was too thin, the other was too fat. I ended up sleeping without a pillow.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay — I would definitely book again.

The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable. The service was great. The breakfast was great at this place. The location was also great, close enough to Alacati Carsi while being located in a quite neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay a lot good location of hotel. The staff (Zerda ve Özge) was extremely helpful even though their was language barrier but they don’t let it go until they assist you completely. Suggestion: make a note in room what is chargeable in the room like water bottles.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Beautifully designed, spotless rooms, and exceptional hospitality. Location was perfect, staff - very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy yet luxurious. A truly unforgettable experience—I can’t wait to return! I wish we will come back in spring-summer again? i liked everything

we had a girls trip, the room had everything we needed, and despite the bad weather that day, it was very warm at night thanks to the air conditioner?? The staff helped with the transfer and answered all our questions thank you very much
