The property is owned and operated by a very nice, local family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The property is very quiet; all you hear is nature. You are steps away from the beach and restaurants. Rooms have air conditioning and balconies. Good breakfast. Breakfast has all local flavors, tea, cheese, organic eggs and local twist. It is a very good find and safe place.

This is a small, family-run hotel on a quiet street in an expensive town, and so don't expect 5-star luxury but you can expect a warm welcome. We asked for an early breakfast as we had an early ferry, and so we did get some basics provided (can't comment on the regular breakfast during normal hours) and one of the staff members very generously took us to the ferry terminal for Chios, which was extremely kind and he certainly went above-and-beyond, in the true spirit of Turkish hospitality. The rooms was small/basic, but clean and everything worked well. WiFi was a bit iffy. We loved the location so close to the natural hot spring in Ilıca Harbour, which is an absolute must-see (and must-experience) spot you should dive into, literally, when you visit. WiFi speed/connectivity definitely needs some attention.

room was clean not supplied as advertised on your website. no hair dryer. no restaurant. no toiletries. very bare bones , especially in lobby area. showerhead bracket missing. sink leaked.

very close to the main road to go to cesme or alacati. shops are closeby for any kind of need instead of chocolates, they could have offered some water in the room
