0.5 liter water when we arrived. We booked a "Standard Double Room" several months in advance based on the spacious room shown in the listing photos. Upon arrival, we were given a significantly smaller room that looked nothing like what we booked (see attached photos for comparison). When we raised this issue with management, they admitted that multiple different room types are all listed under "Standard Double Room" and that our expected room was occupied. We requested to either receive the room we paid for or leave with a full refund. Management refused, stating: "We've been waiting for you for months now, and this is the only season we make money so we cannot let you go." When asked why they don't show photos of the actual smaller rooms in their listings, management candidly admitted: "If I put the pictures of that room, nobody would book that room." This is textbook false advertising. After escalating to Booking.com customer service, they offered to move us to a different room (still not what we originally booked) for an additional charge. We ultimately received a full refund through Booking.com's intervention and found better accommodation elsewhere. Bottom line: This property intentionally uses misleading photos to secure bookings. There are better and more affordable options in the area. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

location is good, pretty clean hotel, nice pool 1. the stuff offered welcome drink but when i asked for coffee it wasn't brought to me, 2. there are were three of us in the room, but shampoo and shower gel were just for 2 people and bottles were half empty... someone used it before and they didnt give us new bottles

Wonderful friendly helpful hospitality. Very comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The breakfasts are exceptional, so many choices, delicious. The pool is a super way to cool off. So welcoming, the most important thing to us was the always friendly staff and owner who made the stay a pleasure - thank you!

Our stay was very cozy. We really liked the breakfast. Staff is awesome, Zeynep is helpful, cheerful and wants to help with everything. Hotel is in very nice area, and very close to the center of Alaçatı. Pool area is also great. We would definetelly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at the Albatros Hotel! From the moment I arrived, Mrs. Zeynep went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, has everything that you need. Breakfast is very delicious as well. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend the Albatros Hotel for anyone looking for a very nice stay. I can’t wait to return! nothing

Zyeneb is an extremely nice, attentive person and host. She is super helpful and has excellent eye to detail. The breakfast was amazing and really delicious, better than many restaurants in the Bazar area. The location is super just 8 to 10min walking to the Bazar/ Alaçati center and 10min by car to Alaçati port and beach... A really super nice place and value fir money

The staff, it was really kind and nice and helpful. They answered all questions we had and showed us some places. Plus, we’ve really enjoyed the breakfast.
