I like the wifi and the staff I disapprove the room because there is no closets no desk, no refrigerator, nothing compared to a regular hotel room then I booked the hotel with breakfast when we get there they say that breakfast is not included, and no cancellation.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Rooms are a cramped. Not a lot of space around the bed with luggage and bags with you. Did not like the rooms have no phones.

the place bad was not good

Breakfast was good and staff too

The cleanliness and the staff made the difference for me. they were great! N/A

Instead of king size (paid for) , the hotel proposed 2 single beds.

Staffs in morning are really nice. Staff in night shift, Air-condition wasn’t work at all. Room is really small. I couldn’t open the window because it was up my head and bed so it was so easy to hit my head with window door if it is open

Nice and modern hotel, in a very calm neighborhood. Just 20 min walk from the train station. It’s the first time we are in a place where each guest receives only one towel for face and bath and we didn’t like that

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special thanks to the receptionist Adelin and the kind lady at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) — both were always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The rooms are spotless, well-arranged, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast here was amazing! My wife and I had three croissants each one morning, and they were to die for. The location has on site parking for a fee, which allowed us to rent a car for driving out to Normandy and the palace of Versailles. Our room was a good size, had a very comfy bed, and had a great view of the surrounding area. The staff was also very patient with us as we tried our French, and were very helpful. Getting here wasn't as easy as some other places we've stayed. With a car it was easy enough and there is a gas station very close by.

Good location where we needed bed alignment...too close to the window. You could have had the curtain in your nose at some point which is really annoying especially when you suffer from allergies

Location Beds were bad, there was a weird smell, it wasnt very clean. The bed and bathroom was full of hair. Bad pillows, no iron, no hair dryers
-
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has secure parking. The hotel was basic but perfect for our needs Two pillows per person would have been nice

The room was clean, the toilet too. Staff was nice in the reception. The staff from the pantry was also nice as I inquired as to how much was the croissant and she offered me one rather than letting me pay for 1 croissant, the offer was very much appreciated ! Parking was covered in the basement with direct access to the elevator. But need to have a code to enter the building which is good for security purposes. The room was small as well as the toilet and shower. A bit far from the City, about 30 mins drive and if coming from west side need to make a U-Turn at the next establishment to be able to enter the gated building.

We were very dissatisfied with the man who was at the reception during the evening and night shifts. He was rude, unhelpful, and inflexible, failing to respond to our questions or assist us in any way. He didn’t introduce himself and didn’t wear a name tag. As we were leaving early in the morning, we requested that our breakfast (which was included) be packed for us. He told us that it was not possible. However, when we checked out in the morning, I noticed the breakfast was already prepared, but it was 5:30 AM, and he refused to let us have it until 6:00, despite everything being ready. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the service, but this encounter and the man’s poor attitude towards customers left a negative impression, and we cannot recommend this hotel due to the rude service
