Nothing It was out the way, it was like a building site, the room stunk of bad eggs all the time the staff were rude and unhelpful we only stayed 1 night out of our 4 nights it was that bad

The cleaning service was amazing and the location was great next to the shopping centre and metro station, the staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly

Beds weren’t made Car park spaces tight Hard to get in to the car park Bedrooms didn’t look like the pictures on bookings.com Bedrooms too small. We had to make the sofa bed and move furniture around in a tight and small bedroom to fit the sofa bed in.

I did have the best night's sleep I've had in awhile. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming. I had to ask where everything was (in the UK they tell you where everything is) the room was basic....and didn't feel welcoming. No tea or coffee facilities. The shower leaked and the water pressure was terrible. The breakfast wasn't bad but the coffee was awful. The lighting was too harsh no soft lighting anywhere

Good location with own parking (at cost), price is reasonable for what you get in Paris. Room was extremely cold, turned out the window could not be closed due to a defect (which i managed to repair myself).

Dear friends! We loved everything!! I really don’t know why there are any complaints in some of the reviews because if you ask me, it was just perfect! Easy to find on gps and a great parking space. Yes, you pay for it, but they do tell you that on their site when you search details about parking. People at the reception a great help and they speak good English. Elevators clean and fast. Rooms very clean. Yes, small. But you came here to sleep not to walk around the room!! Also, great sound proof and really quiet!! The temperature was perfect inside and you could adjust it yourself! The bathroom was good. Enough space and hot water! Also clean! Excellent breakfast!! Scrambelled and boiled eggs ( real ones not like the Americans have), four different kinds of cheese at least, ham, cereals, home made jams and honey, great coffee,tea and juice. I mean, what do you people eat at home if you complain about this?! Some say far from attractions!! You should have searched first!! It was your choice!! It is not far! It’s 25 min from Disneyland by car!! And the roads are great!!! We will surely come back againg! God bless you!!

No water not even glass in the room. Extremely small size room.

The hotel doesn't have a system in place for issuing refunds if they mistakenly charge you. (Staff does not know how to use card machine or computer accounting system). The hotel manager is also absent and does not respond to emails.
