Thank for accommodating us. The bathroom was gross doesn't anyone clean the shower area? That made the whole room feel filthy. The room is soo tiny we could not even breathe.

The air conditioning system exhibited an undesirable noise. The staff's communication skills in English were limited, and their demeanor was perceived as unwelcoming. Furthermore, the concept of a bed and breakfast with advance breakfast booking is noteworthy!!!

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and secure. The check in process was easy. The rooms are small and crowded (but not that bad).

Location was great, close to Paris for the start of our trip and close to Disney to stay at the end of our trip. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of freshly made food. It would have been nice to have 2 pillows each on the double bed.

Aircon didn’t work and there was no staff around to help solve this as we arrived after 9pm. Breakfast was very basic

The location was good and overall , whilst very basic the rooms were sufficient The constant smell or cigarettes which seemed to filter in through the vents and was terribly unpleasant .. also the hall door would be opened and allowed to bang shut day and all through the night into the early hours . Each time it shuts the room would shake .. there were no yea making facilities whatsoever in the room

four bedspaces so OK for a family of 4. Not much other space which did not inconvenience us because we were only there for an overnighter. More bedroom space would help.. Work being done to other rooms on our floor but left debris. No obvious lift. No attempt at any sophistication.

The bed was comfortable. The location is quite close to a ReR station, and it is easy to arrive in Paris. The automatic vending machine on the ground floor is a plus. The breakfast was poor. The bathroom was smelly, and a renovation is needed. There is no lift. There was no fridge inside the room.

Excellent value - easy to park, close to station to get to Bercy Stadium for Paralympics. Very basic (no hair dryer, kettle, etc.). But can’t complain for price & location which make it a bargain.
