My family and I felt truly at home during our stay at Novotel. Michelle/Mischel made such a difference with his exceptional service, always smiling, always patient, answering every question, and even thinking ahead to provide what we needed before we asked. Staff is not helpful even i sent email hotel even not care to reply no laundry is working on day off !!!!! No extra pillows …. the hotel smell not nice no air as no small hole of window is open toilet separate from the bathroom no sink to wash the hand disgusting hotel and room its not to be rated as 4 stars hotel

Nice room and good breakfast. I had to give some deposit but they couldnt acceept virtual cards, and the real card wasnt working. Still dont understand why. But finally the lady called the manager and the problem was solved in a different way.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Martyna who looked after every aspect of our stay and went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable The room was a bit small but comfy. The breakfast wasn’t very nice.

Location is good for Disneyland (20’min drive). Nearby mall with a few food spots and supermarket. Typically european breakfast (breads etc). Shower drain was not working, so a lot of water which made us shower very very short. We called reception but they never called back?. This was the only problem. Otherwise good stay

The room was fairly clean and big The breakfast felt rushed. I was seating having breakfast with my family and my son wanted more pancakes but the staff had already started clearing the food whilst people were seating having breakfast and the staff did not seam happy, they were not smiling. The night security staff needs more training on hospitality and communication.

Plastic on the bed under a thin linen was not nice to sleep on. Breakfast area was way too small and several people were eating daily in the reception. On a Sunday, we had to wait 20 min to get seated. Message fromm staff was just to grab a table before anyone else took it. Breakfast was really bad. They ran out of bread, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and DISHES, at the same time. Evening restaurant was closed due to an event - how can that happen when I book a 4 star hotel with a restaurant?

Stayed at the hotel before. It is in a strange area of Paris. There are a few bars and restaurants and large supermarket about 10 minutes away. RER also 10 minutes. Location is ok, especially for hopping to Disneyland Paris. Check in and check out was quick and painless. Room was a decent size. Folding bed for my daughter had been prepared. Pool is small but not bad. Hotel is not cheap, but is starting to look a little bit tired in the rooms and hallways. Fridges in the rooms are often broken and complaining will not get it fixed. Location is not terribly handy for Paris centre or the airport. RER back to hotel late at night was very very busy.

Single bed discomfort,felt springs. AC not working. Couldn't get duvet to cover single bed mattress. Same breakfast EVERY DAY No variety, mushrooms, eggs, bacon & sausage EVERY DAY. Low quality food. Car parking charged extra upon arrival when it was included in price on net. Too expensive for the room condition. NOT value for money. Being so far away from Disneyland or Eiffel tower still it was expensive for the location.
