Having stayed at several Marriott properties, I found this hotel to be well below the standard I have come to expect from the brand. Unfortunately, there was no standout or “wow” factor during my stay. The swimming pool is more suitable for children than adults, and closing it at 7:00 PM is quite restrictive; extending the operating hours until at least 8:00 PM would significantly improve the guest experience. Considering the room rates charged, I do not believe the overall experience offered value for money. I sincerely hope the management will address these concerns promptly. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I reserve the right to share my honest experience through public review platforms, including Google Reviews.

I experienced difficulty checking into my room, as I was given incorrect key cards three times. The keys provided were for the room next to mine, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Love breakfast, trained chef and staff members, love fresh food and lots of variety, Highly recommded for that -TO BE HONEST, I dont like the swim pool access due to renovation, we choose to stay in JW due to pool, it didnt mentioned on site, we travelled from Newzealand for that, out of 5 i would give 1. JW is a 5 star hotel, but i didnt expect that luxury. I travel whole world but i have never seen this before. -only staff memeber was good, staff need to train for Brasita coffee they made two times for us, but still not good. i heard JW is famous for coffee, they made different coffee as i asked for flat white. we still paid for it, but i didnt expect that service at luxury place.
