Well presented clean accommodation, good facilities, great breakfast served in room , welcoming check in, only a Tuk Tuk ride away from the tick garden and rose garden Nothing to dislike, only stayed one night as en route to shimla, but would definitively choose again next time I’m passing through Chandigarh

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The shower was very strong with lots of hot water. The heater worked great. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We weren’t provided much toilet paper or tissues and I wish the room had a fridge.

People are very nice and helpful. They do not have a lift, but there is always someone to help you lift the luggage. Also, they don't have a restaurant. However, the location is such that within walking distance there are all kinds of restaurants. Room size was very good and very nice. I will be happy to go back there! If you need to leave early in the morning from this hotel, getting breakfast would be an issue as they don't have a restaurant and the nearby ones may not open that early.

Cozy hotel nicely decorated as well as the room. We were upgraded and got a nice room on the 1st floor. No elevator, but someone took our luggage in the room. Room and bathroom big enough and clean. Great staff. Location ok to find little stores, restaurants, and cash change in the few blocks. Parking in front is not too busy, so noise was ok for India. Nothing

Perfect food. Room was falling apart. The window blinds fell, and a chunk of the bathroom ceiling fell. Thankfully, we were not using the bathroom when that happened.

This is an exceptional property with a unique personality. Themed around the career of a local cricket star, it is comfortable and lovely and lots of fun. The staff is top drawer in every respect. It’s not a real complaint, but be aware: the hot water takes a long time to reach the top floor. ?
