My stay at Hotel KB Square near Chandigarh Railway Station was excellent. The hotel location is very convenient and close to the railway station which made traveling very easy. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very polite, friendly and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and the service was quick. Special thanks to the management for providing such a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chandigarh. Nothing. Everything was perfect and well managed.

The floor of my room literally had trash on the ground in multiple places that was very noticeable so there's no reason why it hadn't been swept up before I checked in. The bed had little black hairs all over the pillow side of the bed which makes me wonder how well the sheets were actually washed. One of the employees stood behind me and just stared at what I was doing on my phone which is common behavior in India but I still found it awkward, unprofessional, and an invasion of my privacy. The wifi cut in and out constantly, sometimes not working for hours at a time. My biggest complaint was that I sent a message to order dinner and said I wanted it without ghee. I could see my message was read but an hour later I had still not gotten any good or even a response back. So I messaged them again. And again I could see that they read it. So I waited another hour but still no food or response. So I messaged a third time and finally I got a response and was told they couldn't make what I wanted without ghee i thought it was extremely unprofessional to make me sit there hungry and waiting for two hours and having to message them 3 times before they told me that. As soon as they say my first message, they should have told me that so I could go get food somewhere else.
