Rooms were good and clean. Also you have washing machine and hot plate . Breakfast didn’t have much variety and the pool wasn’t clean and warm. Also locker room was very dirty.

Wonderful small apartment with views all the nightly light show across Changsha. Utterly stunning! The hotel is modern, has a nice pool (best avoided when there are swimming lessons going on there though) and is set in the city centre. The breakfast on the 43rd floor was ample, but staff were a bit rushed and did not help at first when I enquired (in Chinese) which dishes contained meat or egg. They later told me after I had eaten a bit of a ‘supposed’ vegetable dish that contained pork. 酒店：请注意有些客人吃（纯）素。请下次帮助客人找到合适的食物?

Location was convenient We experienced a significant issue during our stay, as the air conditioning system consistently carried the smell of cigarettes whenever it was turned on. This led to sinus problems for my wife and daughter, forcing us to request a fan and open windows to sleep comfortably at night. We're disappointed that the property, managed by Fraser, hasn't taken adequate measures to prevent guests from smoking in rooms, especially considering the centralized air-conditioning system. Our expectations weren't met, and we hope the management will address this issue to improve the experience for future guests.

I loved everything about this property. I was lucky enough to have a great room on the 35th floor overlooking the entire city of Changsha . It was beautiful!!! on top of that my shower had floor to ceiling windows so I could see the other side of the city while I took a shower, which was pretty cool. The amenities are great, the gym was spacious and had everything that I needed. In addition to that they are attached to a supermarket and mall so if you ever need last-minute items, they are all there. I pretty much enjoyed every bit of staying at this hotel. What I thought was a little bit disappointing was that they didn’t have much utensils to cook with, and I ended up purchasing some stuff at the supermarket downstairs. They didn’t have any paper towels or anything to clean with like most hotel kitchens would have; so I would suggest perhaps, putting in some plates cups glasses, that way your guests can utilize the kitchen

Booked this as it’s an international chain. Expected good service but was utterly disappointed. Poor staff training. Staff don’t seem to know their work well. We are a family of 4 adults and yet they “upgraded” us to a room that can only accommodate 3 adults! Their 3 BR unit for 4 persons was available but they refused to let us stay in that room and wanted us to pay extra in spite of their mistake.

Great location and really cost effective. Staff is friendly and it has a well equipped gym. All the facilities seem outdated. The whole apartment is dark and the sockets are not located in the right spots

Staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast area is big with a good view of the city. Breakfast has a lot of Chinese dishes and only few Western dishes but still both are delicious. Coffee is amazing good. There is a mall next to the property with two steak houses and a couple Chinese restaurants. You have a lot of local restaurants and eateries in the local mall next to Line 6 subway station. There are two convenient stores near the property to get drinks, snacks and daily necessities. This property is away from subway. 15 mins walk from Line 1 and again 15 mins walk from Line 6. You need mobile map apps to show you direction to find the property location. If taking Line 6, you need to cross a busy road by underground walkway with stairs only. Therefore bring a suitcase is a little bit difficult to walk down and up staircases. There is escalator from Line 1 subway to street level to exit by Exit 5. Then to walk along a side street to reach the property. If you are a first time visitor by air or by high speed train, better to get to property by taxi or by limousine.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast spread was good. There was a walk-in wardrobe which we were happy to have. There was a washing cum dryer machine in our apartment, thumbs up!! Lighting a bit dim. Access to hotel lobby was challenging as many Didi drivers had challenges finding it.

We stayed in total 5 days at this apartment (room3317 and 3904) and really like it. It is spacious, clean, fully equip with all the necessary amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful to helping to resolve issues. We had many on line purchase sent to the apartment while we are travelling in other county and they help to receive the purchase. Keep it up the good services. Nothing

Spacious room with a kitchen and dining area. Free use of washing machine and dryer on 5th floor. Delicious breakfast buffet with city skyline view on 43rd floor. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us advice on attractions and transport around Changsha. Highly recommended!
