Would love to have been able to see Chantilly from the hotel, but understand they don’t have direct access. Still a lovely property.

The property was lovely and we had an amazing time. We will definitely choose this again and again. The staff was vey kind and helpful and everything met our expectations.

A very nice hotel right next to the chateau and across from the grand stables. Easy walking to the quaint town. Several nice bakeries and eating establishments. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were not able to eat in the main restaurant, which I understand is excellent, because they completely full. We ate in the bar our first night but the entertainment was loud and made it hard to hear.

Location. Style. Staff and service were excellent. Resultant and chef were amazing. Very small shower but there was a bath tub, which helped.
-
Understaffed but service was good. Spa needs more staff to clean etc.
-
Attention to detail. Responsiveness of staff. Room. Bar. All good

Excellent location, very comfortable, excellent staff, great breakfast Restaurants both full, spa very busy so could not use either. Expensive

The food was excellent, the staff was quite helpful and friendly, and the room was both comfortable and well-laid out. The bathroom was also lovely, and there was more than enough space for clothing storage. The breakfast buffet, while nice, was not quite at the same level as the other food options in the hotel. There was also some road noise outside the hotel room, especially in the morning.

very nice sorry not to have a direct entrance to the park of chantilly

Private parking. Well maintained. Walk to village and Chateau. Slow running water for bath but good pressure for shower.

The building near the gardens. The dry martini. The bartender does not know anything about drinks.

Beautiful old chateaux in the very quaint little town of Chantilly, with lots of history. 40 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport. Taxi cost 80 euros. A very good place to stay on your last night. Dinner was excellent, steak with sauce was outstanding. Staff helpful. Deceptive advertising. Picture shows a parterre garden like a historic chateaux, implying it belonged to this Hotel. No, it is the garden of the Chantilly Chateaux which is next door. I had visions of strolling this garden after dinner and felt tricked. The reception staff is excellent. The maintenance staff is not. One of two lightbulbs in our bath was out, as was one chandelier light. Our phone did not work because the plug was loose and would come out. The maintenance person fixed the bath light but left the rest. The property is a bit shabby and dated and needs a renovation. We were in the Junior Suite on the 3rd floor. It was plain and rather dull, except for the great bed and headboard. This hotel is not up to Relais et Chateaux standards.
