not a lot Alexandra the reception was the most unhelpful person I ever meet, rude, not a single smile, in this type of job you need customer service she has none, not just to use but a couple came in while we in reception, said do you speck German, the she said bluntly NO, they left, in our room the water pipe started leaking at 22.30 so I went down to change rooms as floor was getting wet all in the room, was told to go to a different room was is an upgrade, for inconvenience, all I can say is IT WAS NOT

There was a great bakery about 40 yards away. We had breakfast there. there is an adjacent grocery to the bakery that was quite nice and useful.

The room was very comfortable. The desk personnel were friendly and tried very hard with their english.

The personnel was very friendly and positive. The location was OK for my purpose. The shades on the window were broken. I stayed in the dark with no sun -light. Bathroom cleanliness could be better (there was a dead cockroach in the bath).
