To make matters worse, the TV did not work at all, meaning we paid for an amenity we could not even use. The hotel’s information was also inaccurate, including incorrect hours and an address that did not properly direct us to the property, creating unnecessary confusion before we could even settle in. Between the non-working TV, inaccurate information, and repeated disruptions, this stay showed a serious lack of organization, communication, and respect for guest privacy. One interruption might be understandable as a mistake, but four separate incidents are completely unacceptable. Management needs to seriously improve how rooms are tracked, how staff communicate, and how guest privacy is protected. Paying guests should not have to deal with this level of inconvenience and unprofessionalism just to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Based on our experience, I would have a very difficult time recommending this hotel to anyone.

Its a nice room with HOT water, COLD ac. Plenty of parking Nice and quiet. No riff raffs hanging around the place. No bed bugs. No roaches. Soft bed. 3 pillows. Can't complain about anything.
