Clean room

It was okay. Room was and smelled very clean.

Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and the construction was not orderly

The room was clean, but the cabinetry next to the stove and fridge was worn out. Not sure why there was a stove and cabinets but the full size fridge was nice. Bathroom was cramped but functional. The room always felt humid. Overall, not a bad stay for the price.

The location and ease to get to the airport. The staff was friendly. The grounds were disgusting. Overflowing trash cans outside. Trash scattered on the grounds outside the hotel and on the parking lot. The mattress was uncomfortable with many dents. My room was above what I'm thinking was their dumping grounds for old hotel damage furniture as well as a large dumpster that was also over flowing. Hard to be comfortable knowing all that trash was around.

The place smelled like wet towels from the get go. NO housekeeping for 7 days, how does that work? Hole in the tile ceiling and a bucket on the floor catching dripping water. This place need to bulldozed honestly.

In need of some surface level maintenance(wall fixtures, cabinets, etc) to bring the value of the stay up to the current price.

The staff were rude to my husband. A staff member did not allow him off of the elevator when they were trying to get on. When my husband attempted to get off, they brushed shoulders and the staff member made it into a moment saying they were hit

This hotel is completely run down and should be shut down or officially converted to a permanent extended stay facility. It is absolutely not worth the cheap price. Active construction, overflowing trash, and debris are everywhere on the property. The furniture is broken, the rooms are heavily weathered, and the kitchen area was completely filthy and disgusting. Security cameras are plastered on every single corner, which heavily implies the property has had serious past safety issues. Long term residents live here with their room doors wide open all day and evening, filling the hallways with strong cooking odors. The environment is loud and stressful due to constant arguments from other tenants. Save your money and peace of mind by staying somewhere else.

It was a small room but it worked great. Exactly what a traveler needs at a very affordable rate.

Comfortable bed, good price, nice staff! I booked late at night after missing a connection at Dulles and being moved to the next day. The staff member at check in was friendly and there, even at nearly midnight and even allowed me a 2-hour late checkout. There were no kitchen items of any kind. I wasn't going to use the kitchen as I was only there one night but just something to note for those staying longer term.

They don’t have cup for drink and only one hang cloth in room

The room was clean and ok , but very old and did not look very nice. The advertising pictures are deceiving. Also the so-called fitness center consisted of one treadmill that did not work and one elliptical machine. I really was relying on there being a fitness center, and this was really disappointing.
