Bed wasn’t comfortable and there was a strong smell of Pine Sol throughout the place including the room. There are no carpets in the rooms so it makes sense I guess. It just was a meh experience.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Pool hours need to reflect what they actually are 1 pm to 10 pm.. dont advertise what is incorrect. Other guests have said the same..

Rooms and all the general places was like acidic environment cleaning chemical smell horrible no complimentary water even with such price. Staff was somehow helpful but the property was overall horrible. Seems the business owners doesn't belong to the hospitality business otherwise they would have maintained better overall.

Place was nice and easy to access

Check in was easy, and friendly. The airport pickup/shuttle ends at 10:00 pm. It should say so up front.

The location is close to restaurants and drugstore. Coffee available anytime. Messages in the booking app are not replied. I was told by front desk that maybe the messages are not read by the responsible. Guests need to asks for housekeeping, but this is not informed during check in. Even after asking for housekeeping, it is not guaranteed it will happen. Front desk has limited autonomy to solve problems. Air conditioner is very noisy.
