Parking spaces toooo narrow. very limited breakfast bar. TV small and location did not feel safe!

Breakfast No coffee in the room.

The staff was very nice, but overall the hotel just isn't a good place to stay. Rooms could've been cleaned better, I think they have bed bugs not entirely sure, woke up with red spots and itchiness on my leg.

The staff was great and helpful! The room was not very clean. The water took 5 minutes plus to warm up. The beds were comfy enough. The management wouldn't refund a stay I had accidentally booked for August 26th. We were there in early August. I booked twice but they said no to refunding the second booking. That's unfortunate, especially in this economy where every dollar matters. My mistake, but they could have shown some mercy.

The room was clean staff was very friendly my only problem was it took awhile to get the hot water to work in my room and house keeping never came to the room to see if we needed any fresh tiwels

This was a huge disappointment. The Days Inn has really gone downhill.

I liked that my room was on ground floor and I didn't have to take elevator, and my car was parked right outside the room. The staff is always willing to listen and accommodate if I have any concerns. My last visit was kind of out of the ordinary. The shower did not have a curtain and it looked like there were footprints in the floor of the handicapped shower. I didn't take the complaint to front office because it was late when I noticed this. Pretty sure housekeeping had already left for the day. Nevertheless, I had no shower for the day!

The room looked updated. There was an odor in the room. We thought it was a mothball smell. But after we saw a roach, we realized the room had recently been sprayed with bug killer. I don't think they should have used that room until the smell was gone and totally bug free. The location was not that great. Our room faced the highway, which was just right there! A narrow path led to our room, and the highway was on the other side of the pathway. The parking lot was a mess. Wouldn't stay here again.

The inside was very nice but lobby needs an update and a groundskeeper needs to be hired for outside….the appeal needs improving The outside appearance

Nothing. Things were broken. No hot water. Tv didn’t work. Cockroaches. My three year old wanted to go home the place was so dirty. It was a dump.

Me and my best friend stayed here when coming into Charleston, WV. Very friendly great staff, clean, and Awesome breakfast, and! Affordable.
