Super 8 By Wyndham Charleston WV

Looked like the building was old but the rooms have mostly been upgraded. The only problem was the bathroom (excluding the sink outside of the bathroom). The lighting was very minimal, the toilet was so low that you were almost squatting, a weak shower head with only 1 setting, and the water wouldn't get warm/hot immediately. It would literally take several minutes or more to get the water to ideal temperature. Even though the rest of the room was good and all the other perks that came with the stay, I really wouldn't return to here in the future.

Rooms were much better inside than appearances outside. Only room issue was low water pressure. Definitely a value stay - would repeat

Bed was comfortable. Was just what I needed for a quick and affordable room for one night.

room was very clean. there was a huge spider on the ceiling but as soon as i mentioned it to the front desk, maintenance came immediately to deal with it. also while waiting for them to check my room to get my deposit back, the man realized id left my necklace in the bathroom and brought it down to me. very nice, very helpful.

The room and the breakfast were reasonably good. Wifi didn’t work and I was told that it hadn’t been working since a month, leading me to wonder whether they care to fix it.

Breakfast was ok, the rest not so much.

It smelled like smoke, ran down area, and had sketchy people hanging out all over the property.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was ok Cleanliness, toilet was too close to the floor, bathroom wasn't very clean. And the elevator didn't work properly

The location was alittle sketchy being a female that was alone. The room smelled musty and needed some cosmetic work. I had to move the microwave to be able to plug it in and use it. That was a task.

The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised.

Staff was very helpful and even gave good travel advice Directions to the place was hard to follow super 8 was on 3 rd floor days inn on first and second floor had to call for help

This hotel had bugs. I’m trying to get a refund because we stayed less than an hour and were not offered a different room or a refund.

Room smelled musty. Elevator smelled horrible. No ice bucket and went down to get one,they didn't have any. Blood on shower curtain. Fire alarm went off at 1am and 5am.Who ever is supposed to take care of this place is not doing their job. I'm sorry, but someone needs to know. Thank you
