Nothing really. There wasn’t bugs. The cost of the room for how bad the renovations were to high. The room was clean but there was grim around the toilet and sink. Also someone after we got our room key and in our room, we locked the door, then someone had unlocked the door and tried to enter but then realized someone was there and said sorry then left. It was a female who was at the door. Staff said it was someone brining towels but they did not knock or announce who they were. I think someone had gave the same key to our room. Then paying to park. That would have been nice to know before booking the room. But we don’t have to pay because of renovations. The breakfast seemed sketchy.

Very friendly staff, great location

Clean room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The location was convenient, and check-in was quick and easy. The room is outdated and in need of renovation. There was black mold on the shower ceiling, and the shower diverter/faucet was partially broken, so it didn’t switch completely to shower mode. The bathroom needs better maintenance.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was just an overnight as we were traveling. As always, we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Upgrades were being made at this location as we were there, but other than some areas that needed attending, there was no inconvenience. What really stood out was the welcoming and helpful nature of the staff! They were wonderful and treated us as if we were family. Specifically, because of that, if we're ever in the area again, we will certainly stay there.

The hotel was good. The Expedia experience was not. I was quoted a price of $202 for the room but was charged $255. I will never use Expedia again.

We liked the pet friendly policy. Breakfast was included, and usually something like cookies or popcorn was put out in the late afternoon/early evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were bothered by the fact the parking app was not functioning well and we received a ticket everyday. However, the front desk staff took care of those, and it was happening to everyone. Plus there was some renovation going on, and debris was left in the hallway.

Everyone was super friendly. The exercise room is basic but what else do ya need. The pool was à little chilly, but very clean. Perfect location. Nothing that i can think of that i didn't like

Close to downtown festivities. Loud motorcycles and traffic at night.
