Great service, clean, and peaceful. Additionally, the breakfast that’s included. Nothing. We liked everything.

Had my granddaughter with me and room, pool, breakfast was all great. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel was clean, even in the breakfast area. The staff was excellent. The pool was wonderful! My favorite were the star spangled berry waffles over the 4th of July!

Location Sprinkler leak. Being told of partial refund on checkin then being told that was not possible on checkout. Noise due to the massive number of blowers running. Not being told of issues until we arrived. Uncertainty if the hotel had functioning sprinklers during our stay. Not possible to meet with our group in the morning due to the Grab and go breakfast offering. Overall not a good experience

We enjoy staying at Hamptons when traveling and this was a good location. Though we did not use it during this stay, the pool looked nice with an outdoor patio and fire pit just outside (around back). The overall atmosphere was average and lacked some of the benefits of more updated locations, but it was still a solid location and we would consider it when coming back through the area. We did appreciate how dog friendly it was - there was a non-refundable fee (like most places) and a sign to hang on the door to alert others. Our dogs settled in nicely and didn’t have any problems!

As a mom traveling alone with my 5 and 7 year olds, safety was my top priority. This hotel made us feel so secure and comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Some people outside the property talking on their phone yelling and using bad language.
