All good just automatic lights were annoying as woke everyone up when using bathroom and toilet was broken

It was located close to the airport and served the purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep before our early flight.

It looked like a crack

The room was very clean and arranged very well! I love the decorations! I was very impressed by the alarms on the doors.This was my first experience with doors with alarms! The front desk clerks were very friendly and showed exceptional customer service. My husband and myself were very pleased with our stay! Thank you !

This hotel is located very close to the airport and features a friendly staff, making it a highly convenient option. The complimentary airport shuttle is efficient, meaning you do not have to wait long to be picked up upon arrival. The property also provides a free basic breakfast to start your morning. While the shuttle back to the airport only runs once an hour, the rooms themselves are pretty standard, comfortable, and clean. Walking distance to food and groceries.

The staff overall was nice but the hotel just wasn’t it. Out 1st 2 night they had no was clothes I had to go buy my own. The room had a funny smell and the parking lot was terrible. Random people walking around and it just didn’t seem like a safe area.

If you're just looking to lay your head for 24 hours or less near the airport, then this is the spot.

Adequate parking in rear of building. The staff lacked training and professionalism. First time I ever had to request second key on a reservation for two. After entering room there was only one trash can. Instead of one in bathroom and one in bedroom area. Contract stated there would be a refrigerator and microwave. After questioning staff on Saturday after checking in, I was told they’d move me to another room at 11:30 Sunday. Then 12:30. Then indefinite. I was told to bring food downstairs and use microwave. Was also told to come downstairs for ice to keep food/drinks cold. At 12 noon Sunday I realized they were not living up to their end of the Contract and I don’t leave the comforts of my home to be treated in such a demeaning manner. They dishonored the Contract and I should not be held responsible for the second day in any way. But, since I unknowingly stayed first day, I’ll pay that. Last Country Inn Suites by Radisson for me.

We had to wait over an hour and we don’t know the area too well so we had to wait it out in the heat that long to check in. Almost 2 hours or so past check in time. Terrible in that area.

Not to the level I would expect from this brand. Glad we only had 1 night to stay.

I will never stay here again. In the 4 nights I stayed I never received clean towels, my room wasn’t touched and when I asked staff for more towels I was told there wasn’t any. So my coworker and I after working in 100 degree heat for 14 hours had to use the same towels for our entire stay. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

It’s a little old and needs some maintenance, coffee maker in the room didn’t work and there was no coffee or cups. Staff was ok, shuttle to the airport was quick, only 1 staff member to do shuttle runs, front desk, open pool. Not bad hotel for the price

The property is run down but the rooms themselves were not bad at all. The beds are soft, rooms were clean. I wouldn’t really call it a breakfast buffet, Id say more of an extended continental type breakfast.

Wonderful stay with great customer service and nice amenities

The staff was very pleasant but everything else was really just ok. The property was not maintained well. The first thing I noticed was the dumpster area which was very unkept. There were not many options for breakfast but the waffle was good.

The staff were very helpful. The property needs maintenance as the ceilings had evidence of water damage and the carpets were coming undone at the seams. There were a number of unhoused persons in the area and the back entrance to the property was blocked funneling all traffic to one ingress/egress.

Buckle up, because this was a ride. Arrived with my family and had an absolutely terrible experience. The place is filthy from head to toe. There are massive potholes in their parking lot so deep I'm pretty sure I could hear the screaming of the lost and damned souls of their past guests in them. Found bugs in the lobby and in our bed. Per other reviewers this place has had a bunch of bug reports but hasn't fixed it. The other local hotels don't have this problem. Seriously this place looks like a health code violation. Wouldn't trust my baby to crawl on the floor any more than I would a subway bathroom at 2am. If there is any other option, don't stay here. And by option, I mean motels, friends couches, really nice and clean tents by homeless encampment. When tried to get stay cancelled they refused to work with Expedia. Expedia themselves had to step in and cover the refund and we found other place to go.

The two different staff members at the desk were both nice. The actual property was a mix of updated/outdated. It definitely could use better maintenance and cleaning. The breakfast was a little lacking, but whmhat they had was okay. They just seemed to be understaffed. It was just okay/mediocre to stay there. We only had to deal with one night, as we just stopped in headed towards our vacation destination.
