Holiday Inn Charlotte Airport by IHG

Their bus service to the airport was very convenient

my room had bugs in it and staff was limited not friendly will never stay again

The first night I wiped and cleaned everything. I woke up to black ants every where. I asked for a room change and the next room the tub doesn’t drain. The receptionist didn’t want to help. She acted like it wasn’t an issue. She said we don’t have any rooms. The smell of the hotel smelled horrible. It smelled like old/wet carpet. The elevator made noise and felt like it was going to stop working. I reached out to someone higher Mario Martinez and he never responded back.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were just as clean. However, the a/c is the halls we're not working. Therefore, it was very hot in the halls. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I will stay at the property again. Housekeeping on the first and fourth floor were very helpful and nice! Front desk was very courteous as well!

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. My only issue everyone in our group room keys deactivated after midnight. We all have to get our room keys reprogrammed.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and we did receive new towels from housekeeping but otherwise the staff and manager were very friendly. The hotel was clean and we had no other issues. I would stay here again especially for the convenience of the location.

Room was very clean, the bed and bedding were both very comfortable and the water in the shower was great. Not that it was a big deal, but I was surprised to find that parking was an extra manual charge that you had to scan a QR code to pay for. I just assumed it would have been added to my overall bill.

This property needs new ownership. The room was dirty. There were stains on the carpet. I stayed there for an hour and left. I would not recommend this property to someone with a family.
