We had a very early flight out and needed a hotel close to the airport for three separate couples. It was super convenient and clean. Would stay here again!

The addition al parking. It was clean and fresh.

I was unaware of having to pay for parking but it is gated so that was a plus. The chicken wings were really good!! The area was ok. I would stay again.

We stayed for the RnB tour and it was perfect for us. My husband and I enjoyed the on-site bar and grill. Everyone wrrr nice and patient.

Staff was very kind and room is very clean and quiet.

Gym Broken Elevator

The hotel itself was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed that parking was gated and our stay felt safe and comfortable. Bonus was the bistro - food was great!

I booked a suite, although I booked a king room, I was given a queen but I already got settled and put my things away so I didn’t want to change rooms but that was a little annoying. Also, the room had a slight moldy smell. Overall it was a good stay.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and sofa bed. When I arrived the clerk gave me a room with just a queen bed. Only after I inquired did they offer to switch me to the correct room. When I went to the new room, they gave me a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. They still charged me for the king sized bed. When I inquired again, the clerk at the desk insisted that it was a king sized bed. The first rooms bathroom was dirty and had footprints on the floor. The check in clerk informed us that the included with our stay breakfast would be served starting at 5:30am. When we got there at 6:15am it was closed because the server called out. The water at the front desk was also fully empty. Not a great start to an 8 hour trip! The clerk when we checked in tried to charge us for parking when the reservation clearly stated that self serve uncovered parking was free. Very unhappy with the stay, for the money I paid none of this should have happened. I also do not appreciate being charged for services I did not receive.

Location was hard to get to.

Very simple place to stay. Close to South End. They do not serve Starbucks fresh coffee however their signs say they do.

Only there to sleep before catching connecting flight— missed breakfast.

Missed flight at Charlotte so we needed overnight lodging. It was easy and the front desk gal was great at check in. Had a drink at bar area and checked out early with the shuttle taking us back to airport. Easy. Expensive but nice hotel.
