Everything was great!

I like how it was across the street from the Tanger Outlet. I appreciated how the property was clean.

There was a loud noise in our room late at night. In addition someone kept leaving trash on the table

Parking is very limited and now cost $10 a day.

We had a short stay before an early morning flight. The hotel was very nice, clean, and quiet. It was perfect for our needs.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in CTL. Me and my bf decided to spend the weekend here due to it being BMW day at Carowinds. We definitely enjoyed the location of the hotel being directly across from the Outlet and being in a great central location. The room was bigger than I expected, it was some what clean but my bf did see a dead baby roach. There were not any trash bags in any of the trash cans, the bottle of conditioner in the shower was completely empty and the ice machine on our floor never had any ice the whole time we were there. But overall our stay was pretty good.

The door to the mini fridge was warped. The check in clerk was not personable but she was efficient. Ice machines on 3 of the 4 floors didn’t have ice. I presume this is an oversight on my part but we were charged $10 per day to park. That’s ridiculous! This property is set in a suburban area next to a mall. I’d never choose a Courtyard again if this has become the norm. Pay to park and no free breakfast.

The chair in my room was broken and cut my foot. The staff didn’t do anything when I told them.

Very spacious and comfortable

We never got breakfast there, nor no discounts. It was very expensive to stay. They want us to buy breakfast or pay for it. I didn't like that. I didn't get no discount for the rooms, nor did. I get any breakfast anytime we stayed there.\n They wanted us to pay for the breakfast.
