The property was not well maintained. No overnight staff or maintenance. Would not recommend

0/10 I have never in my life had to tell hotel staff at check in that i need a parking pass. That is the hotel’s responsibility. I stay 365 days of the year in hotels and this is my first time having my car towed as a guest at a hotel. They said they had signs, but they dont. I took pictures for court. A robot on a screen did my check in and it wasnt even that late (10pm). They never told me. Woke up. Cars gone. Im suing over 10k, not small claims but higher up, if the tow company doesnt have a written authorization for the tow. The guy who checked me in is actually in league with the tow company. They are all over reddit (“tip towing in charlotte”) He gets a certain percentage out of each car they take. But for the hotel, thats low. Thats their staff doing that and profiting with the tow company. If not, then why was my car towed at 2-3 am on a one night stay? Read again: 2-3am — on a one nighter. Why? Its worth more than 10k to me because or this situation. And im losinng a lot of time/school/work. Damages are over 10k. Regular court, not small claims.

Nothing Jerika had a very nasty rude attitude. The whole hotel was nasty and disgusting the app and the facilities says absolutely no smoking the whole place smell and look like a smoke shop. Just disgusting disrespectful nasty Everything

The sheets were clean and the AC worked. The fact that they said there was a $25 pet fee but didnt say it was per pet. I had 3 small dogs. Had i known I would've been charged an extra $75 plus taxes i would've chosen somewhere else to stay. The pet fees and taxes were the same amount as the charge for the room. Ridiculous. Room was $116 for 1 night. Next day check my bank statement and it was $230. Are you kidding! They were not honest about pricing. My dog didn't mess in the room one time!! We left that room CLEAN. Never stay there again. Oh and the elevator sounded like it was going to die and take us with it.

The room smelled like an ash tray, there was roaches in the room, the appliances were disgusting, and there was trash all over the property. I couldn’t even leave my stuff in the room while I was at work for fear of bringing roaches home.

The front desk was closed when we arrived so we couldn't get into the lobby. It would have been helpful to know about that when planning our trip. We tried to use the kiosk in the entry to check in but it was awful and didn't work. Finally a maintenance person or something let us in and eventually someone came to check us in. The towels were all stained so we asked the front desk to replace them and they did and were nice about it. We saw from signs posted around that we needed a parking pass so we asked the desk about it when replacing our towels and she told us that we definitely needed one or we would get towed and it would cost $500 plus more every hour it took us to pick up the car. Why didn't she tell us that when she checked us in 30 minutes prior and give us a parking pass? No idea but if we hadn't gone back to replace the towels, our car would have been gone in the morning and we would have owed 1k+. The hallways were dirty and smelled weird, and the place is pretty old. The room itself was clean enough and the TV worked so it all worked out. We didn't spend much time in the room beyond sleeping and breakfast. I probably wouldn't stay there again but it was decent considering the price. Next time I'd rather dish out for a better hotel honestly.

I did not like anything about my stay the room was not adequate I got false advertisement I thought we were going to have kitchenware kitchenette was okay table was broken in room no chairs but one no blankets no shampoo nothing like that this room sucked. There wasn't anything positive about this stay.
