Pool was closed. Disappointed. Was looking forward to that part. Elevators had water on the floor for several hours. Ice makers were all broken. Finally found a functional one after 4 floors later. Check in clerk was not friendly.

The hallways had like a meldew smell and for the price i paid was not worth it. The rooms looked outdated. Staff was ok. I was there for a concert, the location was perfect because it was located right by train station.

This had to be one of the worst properties that I have stayed in when it comes to a Hilton or a Hampton Inn. This particular location does not reflect what I’m accustomed to. I’ll start with the front desk staff. They were pretty nice, and I can appreciate good customer service, so kudos to them. The check-in went smoothly. There was plenty of available parking. The rooms are super outdated, so outdated that I started looking for bedbugs, and when I pulled the sheet off of the mattress, yuck. The mattress is stained like somebody peed in the bed nightly . The hotel smells of outdatedness, definitely not what I’m accustomed to when it comes down to a Hilton hotel. I was highly disappointed. Had I not been super tired from my layovers and long flights, I would have canceled and left this particular location. For the price that we paid, it is unacceptable.
